Facilities were good and the front desk (reception) staff was very cordial and helpful. Even though there was construction going on for all day, it didn’t bother us much as we were out for sightseeing.

The restaurant staff (male employee) was (to some extent) rude and I didn’t feel like welcomed there. This was a common comment in most of the previous reviews but I could now confirm this. the breakfast spread was minimal to very basic and I expected a bit more for example scrambled egg, omelette or bacon. I asked that you you may charge me but the guys was arrogant and simply said no. Anyways apart from this blip, I enjoyed my stay.

My stay with my partner at the hotel was super! Everything was just as described. If you are looking for tranquility and enjoy nature and sports as well as using the gym, this is the right place. During our stay, we had several people at the reception and each one of them was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend

No negative aspects, it was a super experience

Room size, bed, sport activities offered by the resort: tennis, badminton, mini golf, gym, playgrounds for the kids. Additionally hotel location in such clean and quiet area however still so close to the city!

Variety and quality of food for the breakfast might be better.

The resort was clean, the staff was respectful and very helpful. We enjoyed Berlin top attractions from the resort. We will highly recommend the resort, free parking included.

Great location, sweet small house with excellent bed and mattress. Very silent on territory, so it's ideal place to spend a night between long journeys. The breakfast was good - nothing superfluous, but quite satisfying. Polite lady proposed 3 types of egg dishes and made it for us right away. Unfortunately I can not evaluate the convenience of outdoor activities, because stayed for one night only and it was raining, but I believe it must be very good either.

The design of the house was good

Breakfast wasn't good, they didn't have much choices even if not emany customers but atleast they need to fix it add more foods

It’s very quiet and is accessible only by car.

The garden lights do not turn off during the whole night and is quite disturbing as I am sensitive to light.
