Very friendly and service-oriented staff (kudos!), the choice and quality of cereals at breakfast is particularly good, coffee machine available at all times at the lobby without extra charge, very comfortable bed, the very large parking garage is part of the same building and easy to access.

I find 175 euros per night in a single room excessive for this hotel, in a city like Darmstadt. But apparently there was some bigger event taking place in Frankfurt (our original destination), where the prices were obscene. So I am guessing that the demand there drove the prices up in Darmstadt too?

Modern purpose built hotel on top of a m/s car park - a large part of the top level of which, is reserved for guest Parking. The rooms are very quiet and have all the necessary facilities (including a very effective a/c - useful as the weather was hot when I visited). The hotel is functional but the staff are all friendly and so it certainly has a nice character.

Nothing really. There is a short flight of steps between the car parking and the lobby which might be a problem moving luggage for some (but even then one can temporarily park at ground level and use the lift up to the hotel proper).

Great hotel, always like returning. Helpful staff too. Spacious rooms, decent beds, easy access to the centre.

Had to take up my own luggage a flight of stairs after two flights and one train trip and an 18-hour day. Also, there is the breakfast option, but no other option to grab something to eat at any other time beyond breakfast.

the hotel in centrally located and garage was available - for business people vey useful. the receptionists were always helpful and polite. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast the cofee was good and all other products, except the scrambled egss very poor, cold and consistancy was not adequate. more eggs to be offered and ham and cheese more choice would be nice in future !

Expensive Parking, no coffee in the room, and no iron in the room. However there is a free coffee in the enterance, and iron is provided when needed

I love the personalized treatment of guests. I used to be a frequent guest at the place. I went back there after 2.5 years due to the pandemic and was pleased to see the same staff and they too recognized me. Its very impersonal at other hotels. It's in the heart of the city with many dining & shopping places around. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The receptionist when we checked in was very helpful and nice. She gave us tips for exploring the city and restaurant suggestions. Big breakfast buffet too! Was surprised how much was offered definitely a good bargain.

I had a really peaceful, relaxing stay at your restaurant. The service was top notch, breakfast was delicious. I liked how I got exactly the kind of room I requested, far from the lifts and you also honoured my request for an earlier check in. Immaculate, clean room as well. 5 stars.

My room could have been a little bit warmer. I wasn't uncomfortable, but I read that the room had been aired out for Covid cleaning which of course is far more important.

Everything was fine, room was quiet as always. Garage is available.

Breakfast should be better for a 4 star hotle. e.g. Muesli to be offered, more choice of joghurts and boiled eggs, scrambled eggs were not good, dry ...

the staff were helpful, the location was not far from the main route (we were travelling from the ferry at Amsterdam to the Swiss Alps) The car park beside the hotel had an electric charger which was the reason for our choice
