Very good location, in walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Very close to airport bus. Nice restaurants close to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite a busy road outside the room, the room was quiet, the windows are will soundproof.

Inflexible check-in and check/out times. The hotel requests an extra 30 Euro for early check-in or late check-out.

Great room, simply yet pleasingly designed. Waaay better than more expensive options in most big cities. Very close to the centre of town and to the hauptbahnhof (main train station). Friendly staff who were happy to help.

AC is somewhat underwhelming in the heat of summer and the new cleaning staff failed to appear most of the time.

A bit dirty and dated. It's the cheap side of the Darmstadt Hotel, which is in construction. Outside of the rooms it looks more like a construction site. The location is central between the station and the city, so expect to walk at least 15 mins...

We really like our stay in the hotel. However, is important to note that we bookend the room in Felix hotels , but finally we stay in the Darmstadt Hotel. In this context, said that we were very happy with staff of the Hotel, with the service provided, with the rooms', and with the facilities of the Hotel. In addition the Hotel is very well located! We recommend the Darmstadt Hotel, and we will consider it for our future visits.

very central location with excellent service and staff. I really enjoyed the stay here. The staff really cared about me and made me feel welcome from the first minute on. They were very helpful after i damaged my car in the parking elevators. Not often does it happen that the quality of the staff and the room make up for a bad experience. This team and place did. Many thanks for taking good care of me and making me feel welcome.

The parking elevators in the parking garage are really narrow. Don´t underestimate that...

The location was near Luisenplatz which was great since we could walk and chill. The rooms were cozy and had a great view. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, but the location made it easier for us to have food and drinks. Thanks for the lovely service!

The traffic in front of the hotel was a bit disturbing during the day. It interrupted our work and study time as we are university students. But overall experience was pretty great. Would recommend it to other friends when they arrive!

It had everything someone needs to a comfortable stay. The staff is always there in order to help with what you need. The room is excellent. It offers what is needed to an amazing and relaxing night.

We got a room at the 4th floor. The room was better than expected. The bed suited me well. The garage was better than expected. The garage is a a bit narrow. We came in a large station car. It took a little planning and time but it worked well.

Staff are very kind and gave me reasonable service.
