For the price we paid, everything was fine. What was exceptional, however, was the young woman who seemed to have to run to reception whenever anyone came and who was responsible for breakfast on her own. She was alone and yet managed to set and clear the tables, set up the buffet and restock the platters. We were very impressed by her dedication to customer service despite the fact that she was totally alone.

As mentioned, for the price we paid we have absolutely no complaints. There were no deficiencies. If we want to stretch things, the little soap packets in the bathroom weren't much use. That's the only negative thing I can think of.

The interior decoration is cool, it gives the hotel its charm! Room was nice and clean, there was a little fridge as well. Breakfast was good, but after reading the previous comments that are so positive, I had higher expectations. Check-in was well organised with a key box as I arrived late.

Restaurant and bar are closed down. It's such a pity that even the bar is closed! The place looks nice!

Not necessarily modern but comfortable, functional, clean, spacious and endowed with all necessary for a cosy stay (3 star level). Heating working instantly, water pressure excellent. Very quiet despite the proximity to a main street. Free cancellation, no credit card required even if arrive after 2pm, easy self check-in, free private parking lots (but not too many) And the price is unbeatable for the offer: 34€/night 5,5 km away from downtown

The location was perfect - the main train station reachable by trams (about 20 min) or S-bahn (6 min). At the same time the neighborhood was very calm. The personnel was super nice and helpful. And we liked a lot the theme of the hotel, especially the restaurant-bar area.

The bathroom was not very clean, the bed linen were washed but had stains. Also, it was strange smell in the room.

Nice hotel, close to a place of interest. 3 min walk from public transport heading city center. Good breakfast.

Floor in the room was dirty. Renovation is necessary almost all over. No early or take away breakfast was offered despite it has been payed.

A comfortable facility located in a quiet area. I stayed in the attic room, which was spacious, air-conditioned, and had a bug net in the window. Everything was perfectly fine.

I was surprised by the check-in box containing all the keys for all guests, not individual check-in boxes for each of them.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood, possiblity of free parking nearby or for 8EUR/night at the hotel. Older looking hotel with spacious bathroom, but smaller rooms. Fridge and closet in the room are nice. Great breakfast with loot of options was a really pleasent surprise and start of the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant offers good burgers, steaks and sides together with good beer.

The hotel was good. The room was basic but recently renovated and clean. I didn't use any facility's of the hotel. The reception is not always staffed but for me that wasn't a problem. It was the perfect place for us to explore Dresden and it was good value for money.

Nice place to stay. Nice room. The behavior at the reception was absolutely perfect.

Behavior of waiters in a restaurant. When we arrived from the city in the evening about 8:30 PM on the first day of our stay, we wanted to sit and refresh ourselves inside the restaurant (which is very nice), not outside, but without food. However, the waiter kicked us out in an inappropriate manner. He didn't know that we were staying in a hotel. Anyway, such behavior should be unacceptable by the hotel management. We thought that the restaurant would be closed soon, but that was not the case, as we saw later on. The restaurant had been open for a long time. So, we didn't visit the restaurant during our stay again and rather found another nearby. This experience damaged the impression of the stay :-(

I really liked the area. The staff was also professional, and they helped with everything.

The room was a little bit cramped. Looked like it was added just to make more room for accommodation. But the room was clean, the bathroom also. No complaints. It I were to find something wrong with the room, I would have changed it but everything was OK.
