Closed on Sundays as are all stores in Germany I think

Breakfast is too expensive, almost 20€/person, so I did not have it The mixer tap (lever=faucet) in the bathroom is so uncomfortable to use, its short, sharp, too low arghhh - I would replace it with something less stylish and more practical. Payment in cash must be done in exact amount, they dont give change back.

In the room, there are 2 locks: mechanical and electronic. The electronic worked, however the mechanical was broken. TV - maybe I'm too stupid but I didn't figure out how to operate it, I started it but couldn't load any channels no matter what in this room (was not a problem in Comfort room of this same hotel) Reception - payment in cash possible only in exact amount, they don't give change back Reception is closed in the morning until 13:00 as well as at night after 23:00 - was not a problem though

I don't understand why the Google Maps rating is 3.9. This is an excellent hotel with a great location. As for the room itself, it is very spacious. The bed was the highlight of the room – very large and comfortable. We truly enjoyed sleeping on it. The room had a minibar with free drinks. The heating intensity could be adjusted, which was both convenient and pleasant. There was also LED mood lighting and good-quality furniture. The location is excellent. You can quickly get to the city center by tram #13, or take a walk through the park to reach the center. This is the first time I've seen a hotel that is so welcoming to pets. We always travel with our cat, and it can sometimes be an issue. But at this hotel, everything was perfect. Not only is there no additional charge for pets, but there are also treats for animals in the lobby. You can even request a bowl and a blanket for your pet in the room. This is amazing, and just for this alone, the hotel deserves a high rating. The staff is kind and polite. Thank you very much! The bathroom is spacious and clean. It’s also fantastic that during the holidays, you can check out as late as 2:00 PM. This allowed us to get a good rest after New Year’s Eve.

Some parts of the room could use minor cosmetic repairs, but honestly, this doesn’t affect your stay at all. I couldn’t connect my laptop to the TV via AirPlay to watch Home Alone on New Year’s morning. However, I’m almost certain this is an issue with my laptop and not the TV.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a temporary parking space for check-in at the entrance, and there is an underground parking lot entrance for continuous right turns when exiting the hotel. Vehicles can park on the T4 or T5 floors, and need to bring their parking cards back to the front desk for replacement. The staff speaks English very well, is very professional, and has a friendly and enthusiastic attitude. There are restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and tram stops near the hotel, which are very convenient.

Massive comfy bed, warm room, you can connect to the TV with your phone, complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge! we only stayed one night but it was worth it, wish we could've stayed longer. and the late check-out time! you don't have to wake up extremely early just to pack up your stuff in a hurry and leave tired. it was a really nice stay!

the mini fridge didn't feel cold enough but that's just nitpicking

Everything was perfect. Easy check-in. Clean room. Free drinks in a mini-bar. Very comfortable bed. Check-out at 12 AM, which is great for those who like to sleep more. In addition, it's in a good location, with the nearest large park and ZOO. You can find stores (e.g., Lidl) in approximately a 15-20 minute walk. The main railway station is also about 30-minute walk.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and nearby tram/bus connection. Staff were nice and enjoyed the coffee/tea downstairs and the late checkout (relative to other places) on weekends/public holidays.

The reception has limited hours, and need to go downstairs for any extras like no kettle in room, etc.

The room and the bed was very comfy. The hotel neighborhood was quite and friendly, although it is a bit seperate from the city centre. Free drinks at the minibar as well as the small easter chocolates put a smile on our faces.

In booking.com and the room card envelope it is stated that at sundays as well as holidays you are free to check out until 14:00. In spite of that we were asked at about 12:30 from the cleaning staff when we are going to leave, at which point we actually weren't planning leaving.

Staff were amazing and helpful, and polite. Breakfast was always well stocked and plentiful.

2 single quilts on an extra large bed was weird, and I had to ask for more pillows as one feather pillow each just went flat.

Check in strictly after 3pm. Reception available 1pm-11pm. Makes sense to reduce reception time to save costs, because of all the extra free amenities they offer.
