4* hotel. Very modern rooms, coffee machine, fridge, sink, TV, fan

The shower was hot but the water escaped under the shower doors leaving a huge puddle on the rest of the bathroom floor. Had to mop it up with bath mat.There are two hotels owned by this company, one is 3* the other 4* They are 1.2 kilometres apart. We arrived at the 4* There was no one at reception, luckily another guest told us we had to go to the 3* hotel to collect the room key and book in otherwise we would have been standing there all night! One restaurant and bar for both hotels at the 3* but there is a lovely Italian restaurant opposite the 4* which we used. Breakfast was good and taken at the 4* so we didn’t have travel 1.2 kilometres to get it!

It was a well equipped room. We arrived later, but we followed very clear instruction to get the room key in the key box. Bathroom and WC is apart, good bed, and it was very warm, but with ventilator, it was good. shower the good. internet is ok. in the room you have a small kitchen you can make some drink, nespresso and eat something simple, snack or so. We also went to the 3 start hotel 1 km to try their restaurant, good food and honest price. room and windows are very sound proof.

Breakfast is a bit basic for a 4 start hotel.

Very clean and stylish property. The bed was comfortable, good shower and nice breakfast. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant too.

The room was very hot. It wasn't really feasible to walk to the restaurant in the evening down the country road, and it would have been helpful to know that.

Breakfast was great, location is very close to Merode Castle for the Christmas markets.

We arrived early and waited in the car until check in time, only to find a sign (in German only) that said we had to drive to the restaurant to get the keys. Normally not a big deal, but I had woken my toddler up and unpacked our luggage to enter the hotel, only to find I had to put child back into the car seat, reload the car, and drive to another location. Why that couldn't have been sent in an email or been communicated in advance was frustrating.

After 2.00 p.m. the counter has no staff, so need to drive 800 meter down to another sister hotel counter to get your key, this is the only inconvenient part of this hotel.

No staff after 2.00 p.m. is sometimes inconvenient for the guess, I ran into many other guest who did not receive the notice via booking.com's app and stood at the hotel front gate with confusing faces.

Large clean room with kitchen, bathroom and separate WC Very comfortable bed. Owner allowed me to charge our car at a very reasonable cost.

Restaurant for evening meal was in a separate hotel locally but there was a very nice Italian restaurant opposite.

Breakfast was good but more imaginative fruit would have made it better. Good location but limited access to a restaurant, pizza restaurant next door doesn't open on Mondays! Walk to the partner restaurant would be in the dark with no proper footpath

Very quiet, clean and beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the peacefulness in and outside the hotel. There is available parking and closeby there is the second building where the food is very nice. I really enjoyed a delicious dinner with my beer. Personnel was very friendly, willing to offer any assistance might needed.

Very clean and modern, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff who offered free shuttle to their restaurant 800m down the road. Looked like you could borrow bicycles

Would be nice if there was a bar
