Breakfast is Amazing, Fresh Bread , wide varieties of Cheese, Cereals and Museli with toppings, there were Pancakes too, and the Tea selection was amazing. I'd definitely recommend taking the booking with Breakfast inclusive. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and some can speak 3 languages, Arabic included. The atmosphere and the interior is very calming and beautiful and the French windows makes the dining area as well as your room enjoyable and fresh. I liked the Cafe' down below in the lobby. Room size is suitable and always clean. As to location it is 9 min by S-Bahn to Düsseldorf hauptbanhof, there are restaurants near by and grocery market Is 1 stop away using the Bus or 15 min walking. Easy check in , check out.

There is no Mini Fridge in the room, I'd appreciate an alternative of free access Ice, so one can enjoy a cold drink when needed. There is no Hot-water kettel nor is there Water available ( Drinking water bottles) when you first check in, so make sure to arrive a bit early and buy some on the way

breakfast was good, you can feed your stomach :) the ginger boost was great, love to have it every morning, also the coffee machine was good, which isn't typically for Germany...location very easy, just cross the street to the trains station, 4 minutes to Dusseldorf main station...

Price was rocket sky, maybe one of the reasons was GIFA 2023. Not much to not like except the price which was really high.Also a gym room will be great, especially they have where to place it!

Rooms looked exactly like the photos. Clean, neat and quiet room with comfortable beds. Bathroom had heated floor which could be regulated. Location was excellent: the trainstation was around the corner, Düsseldorf was only <10 min by train. Staff was very friendly and spoke English well.

The temperature in the room was too hot for us: the thermostat could only be lowered until 18C and the blankets were really thick. Luckily a window could be opened. The lightbulbs beside the bed were too bright for our eyes.

This place is amazing. Ended up staying another night I loved it so much. 2 mins to a tram station. 5 mins to pizza and a supermarket. 15 mins to a nature reserve. The room is so well designed and the owners really care about making your stay memorable. There was beautiful air conditioning, wifi, and the tv had Chromecast. You couldn't ask for better facilities. If you skip housekeeping for a day they give you a drink voucher and donate money to an environmental charity. I mean, how wonderful is that.

If they had a mini fridge I probably would have asked to move in 😆

Location (S-bahn and U-bahn are very next to); you don’t hear neighbors; big free parking space on another side of the road (not protected tho, but a lot of cars are parking there)

1. A/C started to drop the water inside the room in the middle of the night, so be careful 2.Beds are too soft + it’s not a Queen bed, it’s two twins bed united somehow

Brand new hotel in a quiet area. Even the train/tram passed through it, you don't hear nothing. It seems that train/tram brings you to the center so big plus if that is the case. Room had everything. Comfy beds. Perfect temperature in the room. Minimal but nice and good quality breakfast.

A little bit far away from the center; limited parking places; lots of emails/messages sent by the hotel for gods know why (please, do fix this as it is annoying being spammed by unnecessary messages).

I didn't get his name but the man who was at the reception on Saturday, 5th November was excellent. He was polite, patient, helpful and generally very positive. I've personally worked in hospitality too so I understand it can be a bit tough sometimes but he was excellent. Great guy!

Not a whole lot! Honestly if there was anything at all it would be unfair to even mention it. The stay was outstanding, excellent value for money.

No queen bed only 2 single beds Eventhough booking was done as queen bed No phone in the room and no WiFi Mr Adam in the late evening / night asked for cash against drinks / snacks purchased in the pretext that you have to buy on Cash in the night and can not put on room .When I asked invoice front office team days that they have to check. . Fishy and seems somthing is not right here ...

Everything was perfect. Rooms are neat and clean. Washroon are fresh and clean with new interiros. Resturant provided good breakfast.

Dont have room service for food in the hotel. Have to order food from outside.

The hotel it self is very comfortable. The room is clean and wisely designed. The problem is it is ON thrain/tram lines. It is very good when you want to visit Düsseldorf as the station is few meters away, but the noise of it is quite strong. .
