Good price and everything needed for a short stay. I didn’t need my earplugs the second night this never happened before so I was really happy. It was my first stay without meeting hotel staff so I was a bit confused but it all worked.

Had to phone call a few times because the early Check-in wasn’t working like I was told. But the person on the phone solved this very quickly. The code thing on the door to the floor totally confused me. You don’t need the code there but it took me a while to figure that out.

It was superb. From the customer service I texted during my stay, from the room service and to the amenities and the room itself, everything was fantastic and perfect for the money I paid for my two days stay. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and really hope I'll go back to this place again very soon. You guys did a great job and it's my first choice when going to DUESSELDORF going to this place. Looking forward to do so very soon. Highly recommend for everyone who want to have a comfortable, clean and simple room and are open to use the self check in counter in the hallway when the reception is not occupied.

Nothing, absolutely nothing was bad.

I had a seamless experience at this self-check-in hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The self-check-in process was straightforward, allowing me to easily access my room and settle in. Although there was no direct interaction with staff, the clear instructions provided made me feel confident and supported throughout my stay. It was a great value for money option, and I would recommend it to those seeking a hassle-free stay.

First of all, when assessing McDreams, never forget this is a budget accommodation, not the second coming of the RitzCarlton. Also not priced that way. As such, it is a very decent choice. Very clean, conveniently late checkout at 11am and a well functioning check-in process via machine. Elevator also worked fine. When I had questions regarding the check-in beforehand I could get someone on the phone quickly and provide the required information. Hence all in all a very good option if price is important.

I stayed in the heat of summer, so lacking an AC and without a ventilator in the room, only way to survive in the room is to sleep with open windows. Which has drawbacks of its own directly next to the railway line and with neighbors that congregate in front of the hotel deep into the night. Also at least my mattress was very soft, but I guess that comes down to personal preferences.

We stayed here to visit the 'Final Fantasy - Distant Worlds' concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, which is close to the hotel (about a 15 minute walk) and made it the ideal choice to stay. There's plenty of parking space (underneath the hotel), and there's public transport nearby (Tram 705) that leads directly to the city center. (about a 15-20 minutes ride) We found out that you can buy tickets on the tram itself at a ticket-machine and decided to buy 48-hours free-traveling tickets, which had a nice reduction in price if bought for multiple travelers. The hotel itself is a budget hotel with limited staff and doesn't have its own restaurant (so no option for an included breakfast), but there are two restaurants in the same building that can facilitate breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had a very decent lunch at the cloud-kitchen myself. The other restaurant is an all-you-can-eat&drink, which we enjoyed as well. The rooms of the hotel are small, decent and clean. All the usual facilities were there (an okay shower, toilet, TV, hairdryer, etc.) but don't expect too much luxury. I was pleasantly surprised however, that the window possessed a roll-down-shutter system. I like my room dark at night ;) Also, checking out it easy. You simply don't have to. ;) The doors do unlock after the checkout time however, so that the cleaners can do their job. The personal code to unlock your door will become invalid after that time. All-in-all the place definitely offers great value for its price/night, and would definitely stay here again if there's another concert to our liking! =)

The only real drawback to this hotel is that it doesn't have air-conditioning in its rooms (it does have a radiator). We were here in March, so no issues there, but I can imagine the rooms can become really hot during summer.

Its a no frills hotel with no staff at check in. We typed in our code got our keys and walked straight in. The door to one of our rooms did not worked, called the number and they fixed the door remotely (with the promise they had a room for us if it would not work) awesome service. There was a starnd alone hip breakfast brunch restaurant at the bottom with good service and good food. Beat our expectations and we will be back.

A pointer to reserve a table in the very busy restaurant in the same building maybe but over all it was great stay

Very clean Appartments. Nice, comfortable interior. Minimalistic, everything you need is in. Nice and tasty Caffe at the same building. Bus station in 5 min on foot. Be patient, reception is automatic. There are no humans. And you need your credit card. Can be problems if you are with cash. Also no instructions how to get inside after you got registration (check-in). So I was lucky to meet pendant him to help me to enter. But Appartments and location are good.

The hotel sent too many letters after booking. Very many and very long. And among these letters I didn't see information about specific reception. Please, increase this system. All other service is good.

The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice mattress. Location was nice with a Chinese restaurant,gas station and a nice cafeteria.

The hotel has it's own parking place but was all the time full. We didn't like the fact that was no reception and the way of check in. Moreover, in the entrance is a cafeteria and they had the entrance of the staff from the same area so was always busy there.

The accommodation was perfect. clean room, good bed and private bathroom. Plenty of outlets and usb ports for charging. I check-in when i was at home so when i arrived at the hotel i went straight to my room. It was very cool. I traveled a lot, so I didn't mind that the hotel was far from the main station. I got there comfortably by bus in 12 minutes. and when I wanted to go to the city center, I took the tram, which I reached in 15 minutes.

The room was very good. It had everything it needed and it exceeded our expectations because the price of the room was low. There was a metro station within 5min walk, with frequent and pretty fast transport to the city centre. The parking space at the hotel was during the day more than enough. In the evening when the restaurant is open you need to be more lucky to have a parking space.
