The employees really tried to help where possible and even allowed to use the wellness facilities earlier. The rooms are very modern and big. Food was very good value for money. The location is close to a forest and nice for a walk.

The wellness area is being modernized and there are some cables here and there sticking out. Only 1 Sauna was turned on, whereas there were 3 Saunas in place.

The food was excellent. Do have diner in the Blue Sheep. It's truly amazing. Breakfast was also good. Fresh eggs, crispy bacon and other food you don't normally see.

There were people outside on the parking lot smoking and talking loudly. If I were the hotel, I would make a dedicated place for people to smoke so the guests won't wake up from their talking. Or put signs telling people to be quiet.

after 4 nights spent in Gartwhotel Fetteheene, really. I’m still trying find something. Brilliant stay, can only strongly recommend

room was clean and it’s very comfortable, the food at the restaurant is good we only had a bad experience the last day with the service from the waiter but the food is really good. everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the pool with our children. breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but it was enough.

the only thing we have to say is regarding the service at the restaurant. i believe one of the waiters was new, he was completely disoriented, there were also several of the dishes that were not available and the menu isn’t very big.

Unfortunately didn’t had the time to fully explore the property but everything that I saw was tailored to detail, very clean and inviting . The staff was extraordinary in all the process, from booking to question, extremely helpful and kind!

Pleasant staff, convenient parking, nice interior. Rather good for staying for a night.

If you have heavy luggage, it is very difficult to carry it up the steep stairs. The pillow was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was quite damp.

Breakfest was good. Place is near by highway. Road to Koln and Dusseldorf is short enough.

There was only one small table in the room. Private parking place is not big. We found last free place, but next visitors couldn't find free place.

The place is beautiful, next to a forest. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has very comfortable beds. I had a problem with my keys at the check in but I got help from the staff immediately even though it was late at night.

The wifi wasn't working well for in my room and it was too cold, anyway I really enjoyed my stay.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. I had a stressfull week and wanted to go for a romantic escape with my SO for the weekend. The hotel was clean, cozy and lovely for our romantic trip. Dusseldorf area is very nice and nightlife friendly! I would reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting the same getaway!

We especially like the evening diner, food was delicious as were the deserts. We made use of the swimming pool and sauna, very relaxing and not busy at all.

The presence of a business group that took a lot of space in the breakfast area.
