We stayed for 5 nights. The room was very nice and clean and the staff were lovely and very helpful. There was parking under the building for smaller vehicles with a lift to your floor and also parking in the grounds outside for bigger vehicles. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. Walked to the train station and caught a train to Koln which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and cosy. It was well equipped with a good size fridge and an electric kettle, some tea bags and soluble coffee. Definitely a room to stay comfortably for several days! The breakfast buffet was very good with cereals, fresh milk, variety of bread rolls, jams, fruit, eggs, ham and cheese. Love the coffee machine, different teas and both apple and orange juice.

I have only minor critique. First, it would be nice if there was a kids playroom and/or play area in the garden. Second, it would be nice if there was a milk alternative (like oat milk or soy milk) offered by default at the buffet. I am sure that the friendly staff would arrange that though if given prior notice. When I arrived, the elevator wasn't working, but it was fixed in the morning. Better signs for and inside the staircase would be nice. The remote control of the TV wasn't working properly and while the room was nicely decorated and cosy, the bathroom wall under the sink could have also done with fresh paint. Which was a shame and stood out as the rest of the room was so nicely decorated.

Very clean and i even had a bath on my room Friendly personal Good and more then enough breakfast 👍 And that for 64,- euro. If i ever come back to Solingen i deffenetly will book them again 👍👍👍

Breakfast was very nice. Room was warm and clean (October), kitchenette in the room was useful. Our experience at this hotel is positive.

Wi-fi is non existent. Lift broke down on our last day and overall building condition is not that great,

The sound of the train every some minutes. It was summer and we had to leave the windows open so the sound of the train at night was horrible.

The staff are so nice and friendly. I like it that they are fluent in English. Because not all guests can speak German. The rooms are very clean.

The choices for the Breakfast Buffet is always the same. It would be better if there are more choices for the guests to enjoy.

I would suggest booking a room to the rear of the hotel where it is somewhat quieter. The trains do not pass-by so often but can take some getting used to...... All I can say, is that the staff made everyone feel welcomed & nothing was too much of a problem for them to help with or sort out. Great Job, thanks.

Nothing that was in the control of the hotel. It met expectations, delivered a good level of service & was value for money.

The rooms are great! It was very clean and everything looked new.

Not enough free parking spaces. They have a garage but paid. I had to check-out a day earlier and I request if there is a way to compensate by at leas offering some free breakfast. They accepted but when I requested the invoice they included the "free breakfast" as well. And I met the same person in that morning:)) So be careful on communication and make sure they understand what you need

Nice room,good bed all OK. Seat was a bit tired but OK as a seat. I had asked to have a kettle in the room as this was done for me - I like my coffee 1st thing ! Very helpful staff
