The room is spacious and comfortable. I was traveling alone and had a queen size bed (not a twin bed one usually gets when one books a single room in Germany). The location is great. Just 5 minutes from the train station and right in the heart of the shopping street. The brasserie looks great too. Nice inside and outside seating area and the menu looks good. (I did not eat there). Very nice staff.

It was hard to believe that hotels are so expensive in Erlangen.

The strong points are the cleanliness and location. Also worth a mention is the excellent customer service, even though I never got the second pillow I requested. The restaurant downstairs and in particular the staff within are wonderful people. Many thanks to them for their service and kindness. The hotel is quite central with many restaurants, cafes and bakeries. The "Erlangen Arcaden" shopping mall is only 100 metres away and has a variety of shops, cafes, eateries, drugstore and a supermarket. All in all I enjoyed my stay there and met some wonderful people whom I hope to see again, soon.

The only negative during my stay was the intense heat in the room due to a heatwave at the time which made closing windows impossible and because of this, the noise from the street made for some difficult nights. On the cooler nights though the room was great thanks to very good sound proofing once the windows could be closed.

The room was exceptionally large for a hotel of this price category. Located very close to the train station and the city center. While there was no one at the reception, the staff made sure that the room was clean and provided bottled water for free.

The room was a bit dark. More sources of light would be appreciated.

Perfect location for enjoying the old town of Erlangen. Close to rail station and with in walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping! Spacious room above a great restaurant/bar, but noise was never an issue.

Nice central location, huge rooms, nicely renovated, easy quick self-check-in (keys were lying on a desk)

Central means also a bit noisy, and the windows were not that great to block out the pedestrians walking home ...

Very nice modern rooms with lots of space. Perfect location for Erlangen.

Only downside to the great location, is there is a lot of noise on the street. On hot summer days during a heat wave this is not so nice, but this is the case with many hotels in Erlangen (actually some are much worse for this problem).

it’s right in the city center, surrounded by malls and little shops, pretty close to train station

had a hard time finding the receptionist but it worked out in the end. hotel stuff did clean the room but didn’t replace bed sheets.

The staff is very friendly. The owner of the Hotel gave me even a ride to the airport because there were train strikes on the day I left Nuremberg.

A nice and comfortable hotel in the heart of Erlangen Definitely worth it
