The hotel is lovely and comfortable, easy to access. the rooms where nice the size was also good. it had a very nice small garden inside and also a small kitchen where a coffee machine was available. Also Iron was available in the room.

I think cleanliness should be improved, the first room I had for 1 night only and it was very clean. But the second room I had for the rest of my stay was different. there were some dusty areas. For example, the wardrobe from the inside was a bit dusty and more importantly I had to write a letter to the staff to clean the toilet properly because it had a yellow stain. Also in both rooms, In the shower water was not draining properly and would accumulate.

I really liked the prompt communication and the electrified locking system of all doors. Just don't forget the smartphone on the other side of the door 😀 The room was prety, nice and clean, bed was very comfortable, curtain could very well shield the light from street lamp just in the front of the room window. And the fridge was a big bonus.

Little bit small room, I would prefer to know it in advance, one needs to ventilate the room more often. Just some suggestions for improvement, but I do not consider these significant: - I would also prefer some drinks for free suitable for pregnant. Not black and green tee or coffee, but cocoa from machine (was out of order) or e.g. mint or camomilla tea in the room. - Try to repair small damages sooner than they begin to be biger problem - thing that got damaged (little broken piece on a sink; water passing too slowly from shower floor) - Prevent damage of things by better placement (quick curtain pulling towards the bed lamp can cause lamp to be broken, or tea spilling tea pot can cause things wet and dirty)

Great self-check-in and checkout experience - no need to wait or speak to anyone. Your room is ready and you just check-in via your mobile. The rooms are clean and well-designed. There is an espresso bar (self-service) where you can get different coffee drinks, tea, or spirits. Near the place, there is a bakery, park and it is just 10 min walk from the central rail station and bus station. Erlangen is a must visit place. If I go to Nuremberg in the feature, I would probably stay in Erlangen again. It is much calmer, cleaner and nicer place.

The Kepos Hotel Erlangen is a very nice hotel, very clean with friendly staff. The room was nice, and the facilities like sauna and coffee bar are convenient and well maintained. Also, we were concerned since there is no reception but the digital system worked - since someone was available at the restaurant across the street!

When I called the hotel beforehand with concerns reg. the 'digital reception', the lady on the phone was very uninterested in my concerns - however, everything worked out well.

We liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay in it when we arrived in Erlangen for the second time. Were very satisfied! The entire staff is client-oriented, friendly and attentive: both managers and maids. Helped to solve even those problems that were not related to staying at the hotel. It's nice that the hotel respects its guests so much. Thank you! You feel at home in the hotel. What could be better?!

We did like the room very much. It was small, but very clean and comfortable. It was easy to make the booking and follow the instructions to check in and get the doorcode and keycard.

But it was a pity, we coud not have breakfast. And no private parking place, so we had to park in a street futher in and leave before 8.00 AM, because after that it was not allowed. And we do like it better when there is a person to meet you.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. The breakfast was really really really good. Very special food also including fresh fruits and berries. A suggestion: include pictures of the breakfast in the booking site! The breakfast was magnificent in your hotel :)

From my Finnish companions: more stones in the stove from the sauna and a bucket to throw water would be nice.

immaculately clean, modern, homely and rooms are spacious. Had restful sleep as hotel is located in the university area about 10 mins walk from the city centre, and is quiet in the evenings. Sauna is great and coffee area/bar is really nice. Owners are very helpful.

parking can be difficult at certain times

Location is accessible and near to all shops and places to eat. The hosts / owners are warm and friendly. Very considerate too. The room is so neat and clean. Everything is in order. Highly recommended. 😊

There is nothing that we didn’t like about this hotel.
