Very quiet rooms, good location

Parking is expensive considering it is outside the building and is unguarded. Breakfast was less than mediocre: stale chocolate cookies, bananas had big brown stains, baked bacon was cold, tasteless omelette. In the wellness both infrared sauna and steam room were not working, no goblets for the water. Empty shower fell dispensers.

Rooms were modern and stylish. Beds were a little firm for me, but linens were good, and I slept well regardless. The bathroom was beautiful. It was nice to have a mini refrigerator. The shuttle to the airport was the main reason we stayed here, although we didn't realize there was an $8 fee per person for this service when we booked. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Water and fruit in the lobby were a nice touch.

Our air conditioner didn't cool very well, but it worked fine in the other room we had for the rest of the family.

Great breakfast with a lot of variety and very tasty. LOVED Loved loved Sunday checkout time was 12 pm, which was how late the breakfast would be served, so we slept in and still had breakfast! The staff had made the keys access to both rooms that my family stayed; which was very considerate. Super easy parking on the ground floor(consider all hotels charge parking fee, this one has the best parking). The rooms we stayed were clean and comfy with AC available (big plus!). Great location with stores and restaurants nearby; a pizza place opens until 11 pm if you are traveling late. Overall, very happy with the stay.

At first, they gave me a room seemed already cleaned, but the bedding was still a bit messed up, but the staff changed our room immediately. A room missed one pillow and the sink didn't drain well.....all were very minor and didn't affect our overall positive experience, but room cleaning department should manage their rooms a little bit better.

Parking was the main reason I selected this hotel. I have stayed here before and I was familiar with the location. Also liked having grocery store, drug store, and gas station very near. There we also restaurants nearby.

Checkout is the major compliant. There is always a line and only one person checking people out and a longer than expected wait. Regular free WIFI was very slow. Worked with it as I was not paying for premium WIFI. Lastly, while the breakfast was good, it was predictable as it was always the same. If you there for only a couple of days, you will not notice.

A good hotel for business travel. The room amenities are decent - they provide shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion that smells amazing with green tea flavour, which helps me to relax after a long day of business. It also has coffee and tea in the room. The bed is comfortable.

The breakfast was awful. The scrambled eggs were cold, the pastries seem to be those ready-made long-lasting ones that you can buy from the supermarkets (not the fresh baked flaky croissants but more bun-like), and the fruits were also not fresh. I hope this will be improved on my next stay, as breakfast is very important for many business travellers.

Good parking pleasant staff more of a business hotel but ideal for just up the road from the airport reasonable size room with chairs and small table fridge useful kettle rare in Germany !! we ate in the restaurant which was quiet i had the steak and pommies very nice indeed and reasonable prices

the early morning racket outside the Hotel with the Laundry van guy pulling banging and dragging heavy trolleys of clean laundry items over a metal drop lift !!! went on for some time suggest use a couple of rubber mats or fit rubber trolley wheels what a racket and a rude awakening right out front.

As always excellent accomodation. Very friendly personal. Super facilities sauna and restroom. Proximity to airport. Shuttle service fair and reliable. Opportunity to drink coffee and hot chocolate free in lounge. Diverse sweets and fruit available. Foremost were the incredibly sociable colleagues working there.

Impossible to find fault. Recommend ensuring flight arrival before 10 pm otherwise shuttle service not available and taxi. Airport to hotel c. 27 euro, shuttle transfer was free.

It's a nice hotel that deserves its four stars. It's clean, the rooms are roomy and fresh, and the employees are friendly and willing to help. They also have reasonably priced parking and a good breakfast. I will for sure use them for my future travels to Stuttgart.

As usual in most hotels, their toilets and bathrooms could be modernized and refreshed a bit, but other than that, I liked this hotel.

The personnel are very attentive and kind. Check in process is beyond simple and fast, they also were nice when we asked for a baby bed, it was not a problem. Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, they have AC which helps a lot during hot months. All rooms have a fridge in case you need to store something temperature sensitive. 7 min drive to the airport.

I didn't find something bad.

Just off the highway, and ample parking, this was a great stop over option for us. The village is very quiet, and the hotel looks out onto an open field, that was great for dog walking. Breakfast is decent, from pancakes to eggs, salad and yoghurt. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful - since COVID this is proving harder to find - so thank you very much for that!! :)

Personal preference, NH beds are just too firm for me.
