Friendly staff, good breakfast and large room. Central location next to a shopping centre. Bus station very close and walking distance also to the railway station.

Room needs a refurbisment, looks a little bit scruffy. There is no air-conditioning so it can be uncomfortable if it is hot weather (now it wasn't, so no problem to get enough fresh air by opening the windows). No fridge in the room. Quite ugly surroundings (including the hotel building itself) in otherwise very nice and beautiful city.

The hotel is calm during night, no noise from surroundings.

We are not happy with the new way of handling of parking spaces. We have normally made a reservation for parking in the hotel garage in advance but now it is not possible to make a reservation anylonger. The parking space is very important for us since we fill up car with shopping items before arrival. We have stayed in Flensburger Hof many times (more than 10 times) But we will reconsider other hotel alternatives in Flensburg due to lack of private parking space.

I stayed one night in a single room. I found the room to be spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Very good breakfast. Excellent central location very close to the main shopping street and to restaurants and the port was just a short walk away.

Great location! The breakfast was very nice and so was the room. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Within a two minute walk from the bus station and next door to the major shopping centre yet extremely quiet.

The room was very large and sleeping in the bed was wonderful. The food was outstanding. So many choice. The Hotel was within walking distance of the ZOB Busses and the boats. I plan to go stay there again.

You know what you get at this hotel. Cleanm, fairly large rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff, central location. A bit old fashioned, but cosy and well apointed.

The lift is small and slow, but the steps make it necessary!

Very nice and helpful receptionist when we arrived. Good garage facilities for bicycles. Excellent location close to everything and still quite calm.
