The rooms were completely new and fresh, apparently, there was a huge renovation recently. Spotless clean and, because the hotel is located in the old living district, it is very quiet there. Breakfast was a usual European breakfast with typical breakfast type food (cheese, sausage\ham, eggs etc.), but I really liked the way it was served, the woman individually serves you at your table, so you don't need to stand up and walk with the plate. Also, since Flensburg is not a very big city, there is no problem for you to get to the city. Also the price for the room was great, the price/quality ratio is the best.

Unfortunately, it is a little bit hard to connect to the wifi (WLAN). My Apple devices told me "Unable to join the network", but on the 5th attempt, they connected. Apparently, you must just turn on your phone and just give it some time, so it could on its own connect to the Internet.

Super clean! not only room but toilet, aisles, and stairs are super clean. Location is quite nice, just across the city. 5 min walk distant to city center. Staff are really kind and nice, and informative. For the moment, parking was for free and there were enough spaces. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. I would love to stay here again

Checking-in is with a key code, which you get by email/sms on the day of arrival (no reception, but there is always some staff to help you), good breakfast, good wifi, close to the city centre, some parking space for 8-10 cars.

The restaurant is closed on Wednesday, which wasn't mentioned on the booking.com website (the fine print). There are a lot of restaurants in the city centre, so it wasn't a problem, but when a hotel has a restaurant, I think it should mention on the booking.com website when the restaurant is closed.

The room was big and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was very easy. Hotel was quiet and in a very safe and quiet neigborhood but also very close to city center. The breakfast was very nice and staff helpful. We were allowed us to stay 30 minutes longer at check out.

The sofabed was very squeaky - it kept us all awake through the night every time my 12 year old daughter moved in the sofabed. The hotel might want to check that out. Checkout time is at 10 which is a little early.

This is a cosy and quaint hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and a good base for our trip. We would stay here again.

The extractor fan in the bathroom took about 20 minutes to go off, after the light had been switched off. The bathroom was a weird design that made it very cramped, although there was sufficient space if the sink had been in a better position. The breakfast was a bit limited.

Quaint little place off the main road and super quiet, guarantees a good night sleep. the breakfast was plentiful and the waitress very attentive. My room was small, very nicely decorated. Equipped with mini fridge and coffee / tea maker - not many small or for the matter large places have that in Germany. Everything was clean.

The 90cm single bed. 120 would be great for an adult, bumped my head a couple of times night on the wall.

A great hotel, we enjoyed our short stay. The internet worked perfectly. The room was very clean and modern, a bit small but it was enough for us. The employees were amazing, very friendly and met all our wishes. The breakfast was great, lovely service and really nice atmosphere, also the restaurant/bar at the hotel is a great place to have drinks. The location was great, directly in the city :)

Room was newly renovated - small but very comfortable with everything one needed (iron & ironing board, hairdryer). Breakfast was wonderful - plentiful, well presented, fresh rolls and good coffee, all served with a smile. And the location was perfect - 15 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes to the centre of town.

The room was excellent and it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was very good and worth for money.

I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, because I had to accept the terms and conditions which I didn’t know anything about it before the arrival to the hotel. That’s why I couldn’t connect to the network, while I was staying in the hotel.

Very pretty outside and the bar/restaurant area was decorated with style and good taste. Everything was spotlessly clean. Good location too: easy walking distance to the port.

Not particularly that we didn’t like but the bathroom was on the small side.
