Goethe Hotel Messe by Trip Inn

The location was actually not as bad as I read in the reviews and the amenities were really good. Bed was super comfy and the place was clean. The lady at reception was nice enough to let us check in 30 minutes early as we arrived early. It was all better than we expected.

I had no breakfast even though I paid for it. I had to check out early. I didn't spend the night, but spent a lot of the day at the hotel. I had to check out same day because my family member became available to host me for the night. I would have loved to get some refund from the hotel, at least for the breakfast I never had, but oh well.

The hotel was really better than I expected. But I have to mention that I booked it with booking reward price, so cheaper than the actual price, and for the price I paid, it was totally worth it. A small but really clean room, with air conditioner, TV, fridge, was quiet enough, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and renewed recently. Location is almost 25 minutes with tram to city center, 8 minutes walk to the tram ( lots of scooters to rent in the area).

There was only one big towel and not small ones. No boiler in the room. Pillow could've been better.

I have become more for my money at September, for price I give A, Hygiene I give also A, Breakfast A, Gastronomy unfortunately was only 2 day open, why? I don’t know!

Well, if you need a fast connection to the Autobahn, this hotel is right for you otherwise it’s a little bit upsides

The staff were absolutely good. They were patient and helpful. The only hotel so far who created an extra bed based simply off the number of guests and I booked.

The Wi-Fi signal is not good at all. Please get repeaters throughout the building to ensure a minimum of three bars.

I stayed in a single room but it was spacious. The staffs were very friendly and supportive. I appreciate it very much. Location is not bad. A 7 minutes walk can get to the tram station, and 10 min journey can reach the main train station. In return, you can have a quiet and safe place. I recommend it with no hesitation.

It was clean

Noisy neighbors late in the evening or very early in the morning, but it has nothing to do with the hotel service, just the culture of the guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff who offered us a bigger room (#510) at no extra cost ground floor appartement close to car Park Breakfast was great Location close to highway

Dust under the beds; one bedlight almost fell apart

Parking in the Hotel cost 10€/Day. The area is dominated by Car Dealers and overall marked as privat streets, i saw this for the first time, that public roads are Private! You need definitive to pay for Parking even outside!

The relation price/facilities is great, we were assigned a room under the street level and was surprisingly quiet and comfortable

The buildings are apart from each other along a not so nice street, but is manageable

The location is good, and it is a 5 min walk to the tram.

Parking can be difficult. There is some street parking available, and hotel parking can fill up quickly.
