Location was very convenient, next to tram 3 stops from messe very clean hotel good rooms new property although there is a construction site in the next plot, so a bit of noise slow/or no room service

I reached the hotel at 12 noon , but was asked to wait for check in till 3 pm Although a lady ahead of me in the queue at reception was given the checkin at 12 itself so I had to go to messe till 3 pm and wait for the room When I asked for a wine opener in my room, I was asked to wait for 20 minutes and asked to pay euro 5.

I have stayed in this Hotel before & again enjoyed my stay. The room works well for the business traveller. I was in Frankfurt on business & location was ok. There was a tram stop across the road which went straight into the city. The Bar/Restaurant downstairs was ok , limited menu. Barman very courteous & offered excellent service.

Coffee , tea & water wasn’t replenished every day. I also think some staff members need more training & need to communicate better with guests especially when they have conferences in the Hotel. Location a bit isolated from other restaurants.

City view from the sauna and gym. Sofa and desk at the room. Cleanliness. No noise from trams to the room. Generally well functioning and good quality in everything. Breakfast good basic breakfast.

Extra payment for "spa" and sauna which didn't include any pool or bath. Breakfast could have included more some sweet bakings. Capsule coffee machine in the room did not really work, I don't know where did the coffee capsules go but I didn't get any coffee, only warm water for tea.

The room was not the biggest I ever stayed in, but with practical furniture and even with safety deposit box. Breakfast was great with wide variety of food and a lot of place to sit. The location is not central, but public transport stations are just next to the hotel. If you arrive by car it is good to know that they have an underground garage. I would come back any time.

Would be good to have better (softer) pillows.

Staff were incredible both nights that we stayed. We had been unable to get onto our flight and had no luggage. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable including giving us whatever toiletries they could offer like toothbrushes & toothpaste, shavers and slippers. Showed us how to order food even after midnight and told us exactly what to do to ensure our food arrived promptly. They just went above and beyond.

The location is great and the amenities are very good. The staff are really great and make the experience are ideal for a Frankfurt tourist. The reception is full of helpful brochures and has a breakfast area which is quite nice. The sauna and steam room were the highlight of my stay.

The neighbouring construction is quite loud.

It was awesome stay for the last 8 nights.

The gentlemen Mr. Khan in the Breakfast place was not polite. He is seeing us everyday and not even smiling when we came for the breakfast. Not properly answering to our questions. We had a embarrassing situation 3 or 4 times when he as there. I stayed in the room no. 217 and the bed of the right side is slippery and i complained the same and this has not rectified.I got back pain when i came back home.

We have stayed a group of 10 persons in the hotel during Automechanika Fair. The location of the hotel considering the puprose of our stay was very good ( 12 minutes walking to the Messe Frankfurt Western entrance ). The service in the bar and the bar staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

The price for this exhibition period was extremely high...4 times higher than the regular price. The rooms were not cleaned, only if the badge "please make up the room" was hanging on the door handle. The staff during the breakfast was a bit sleepy...

The view. The room was on the fifth floor, it was very shinny and full of windows :) The breakfast was great as well.

It was really weird the connected view between the bathroom and the bedroom. Although the fact that the shower could see in the room was nice, it wasn’t very comfortable that when you were in the toilet you could be seen from the bedroom.

Being greeted with hot chocolate and allowed to leave our luggage before check-in was brilliant. The room 601 was spacious and amazing. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Tram was right at the door that took you anywhere. Fantastic.

If I had to say anything it was leaving the hotel.
