Great breakfast, rooms were clean, friendly staff

We stayed during a very warm summer. Rooms lacked AC and while one could get ventilators at the reception, it was still very warm inside the room.

The location is just 300 m from a tram station, with trians every 10 minutes to the city center. The university campus is in walking distance as well. There is a smll shooping amll nearby and a bitro/light dinner place in the hotel itself. There is a sauna and a small workout room on the 7th floor with a great view over the city. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. The staff was extremely helpful. They went the extra mile (in the literal sense) to return an item that I had forgotten in my room.

The free wifi was a tad too slow.

The hotel is really nice, all you need for a comfortable stay in Frankfurt. It is a little bit far for walking to the city-center, but the U-station is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel and it is really easy to reach the city center or the main station in just one ride - you don't need to change the U lines. It takes around 20-30 mins or less. The hotel was really clean, located in nice and peaceful neighborhood and there is a shopping mall nearby, less than 20 mins walk. Also, there was a great delicious offer for a breakfast.

No such a thing, everything was great and the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The entrance hall looks like a museum, very fancy and well looked after. The room was bigger than expected with a very comfy bed. Huge windows to enjoy the breeze and the view. The breakfast was incredible. One of the top 3 hotels we've ever stayed in. For what we got, the price was unbelievable. Would 100% recommend, and will be staying again.

It's a bit far from the city centre, and a 10-minute walk from the tram/metro (not 5 as stated on the hotel info), so without a car, the location isn't ideal, but value for money is second to none so don't let this put you off! A day pass for all transport is only 6 euros, so still worth it.

The make and interior of the hotel is very artistic and modern. Breakfast inclusive.

The rooms were average, very minimal and nothing superior. The TV was very small and there was no water boiler in the room for a midnight tea.

The breakfasts were excellent. Also the fitness on the 7th floor with a view and the sauna after 17. The hotel is nicely built, with a small fountain inside and a nice big lobby. I nice small restaurant - bar.

On the TV no English channels, even no news channels. No music channels. I wass taxed full for 1 night that I was not there - late arrival.

Excellent rich breakfast. The fithess on the last floor with nice view. Also the sauna and the steam bath which work in the afternoon till late (around 22:30). The fountain in the lobby. The nice evening bar on the ground floor.

That I have to pay 15 Euro per day for parking. And that the prices sharply increased after 28th August. There were very limited TV channels in English.

Excellent breakfast, Had a super smooth checkin process and a complimentary Ice cream for the hot day. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Overall I loved my stay and would love to visit again.

We did miss an aircon as the temperature outside was in the 30's unfortunately and it would be great to have at least portable fans for the future. I did not think of asking the staff at that time and they probably had it.

Excellent service from the night receptionist (gentleman) the night we stayed: We required an extra shampoo/shower gel. He visibly tried hard to get it from the hotel drawers, but could not find one. Promised to look further and bring them to the room if he found some. After 10 minutes he showed up and brought/offered not 1, but 3 bottles (of course we took only 1). Small thing, but... that guy knew client service! Congrats to him, and the hotel for that.

Small contrast with the example above, another receptionist did all that was asked, but very visibly not enthusiastic about even talking to us. Nothing that bad to warrant special identification, far from it! Just to highlight even more the great service of the receptionist above.

Breakfast had many varieties which was very good. Nice and clean hotel. Room was big but quite warm in June. Near train station about 10 mins walk. Very easy to go to city center.

Reception wasn't quite friendly. Hotel guest told us to buy train tickets from hote as it's cheaper but when we asked she said hotel didn't sell train ticket. So we bought tickets at the train station.
