We were a large group performing at the nearby concert hall and we loved the fact that we could access the hall directly from the hotel. The hotel is next to a shopping mall with good places to eat and shop for necessities. Decent breakfast

Finding the hotel parking when arriving at the complex was a bit hard. More signs are needed to guide the cars. check-in and checkout times are the same, so you end up waiting in line, especially because there is only one person from the staff handling everything. The elevators are few and slow, considering the number of rooms in the hotel.

The hotel is located in the midle of One big Complex Mall with all Brands , supermarkets! Perfect place to stay !Down they have Therme with pool and the price is for 1.5 h or 3 h untill 7-8 e! Clean room ( 217) , with one small balcony 😊.The receptionist from there is speaking very nice and full with calm!

I discover this hotel after i was at therme ..I think for the possition with the best complex mall from Frankfurt, for Therme ..must to make more advertising.Great value for possition! Tks !🏊

The location was great, right at the foot of the shopping centre, with the trains and buses in the shopping centre. The breakfast was pretty basic not much choice and it took a very long time for the empty trays of food and the juice canisters to be refilled again, so you either had to wait a long time for them to be refilled or just eat from the little choice that was out.

The choice of breakfast could have been better, and the pillows were very flimsy and thin so could have been better, there wasn't a fridge in our room, so when we bought water or juice to drink in the room on a hot summers day we had to drink it warm and couldn't drink anything cold. The mattresses were a bit springy but not too bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good place to explore the city and quick access to fairgrounds as well - in 25 min you can reach both downtown and Messe. The breakfast was fine for short stay, the room was clean and heating was working properly. Close to Nordwestcentrum a good place for shopping and eating, the hotel is situated just 100 meters from the entrance of the U bahn and a hypermarket.

The rooms have smell either of smoking or kitchen - though we changed the room which was better smell vise. No conditioning in the rooms.

All just ok, old hotel, but the price was also resonable.

Poor expensive breakfast, really bad scramble egs.. Not nice personel in breakfast area. They were not inforned that we paid for the breakfast, and they were not nice to us. Hotel is really nice when you dont take a breakfast. Parking is also expensive.

The situation of the hotel is very good : many restaurants and shops near the hotel, the station of underground rail way, the tranquility around it and the security also. I did not swim, but the hotel has a very good swimming pool. It isn't far from the city center.

Almost all the shops and restaurants are closed at 8 p.m. It gives us the tranquility and security in this way, so this is the question of the habit of the general German nation it-self even if we like it or not.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic. Amazing shopping, food possibilities and a spa/termen right at its doorstep. The price/quality ratio is fantastic, you wouldn't find anything better. We stayed here twice now, my friends stay here when they are travelling abroad.

This time i had some trouble with noise of what looked like someone above me who was training for a marathon of some sort. I must say previous time i didn't have any noise problems at all.

Location is great, if you're travelling with a car there's a parking underneath the hotel although that is €12 per day. It's located above the shopping centre and there's shell fuel pump next to it too. Staff spoke English too so it was easy to communicate.

Parking could be complimentary for the staying guests.

Good size room with nice view from the window. Nice proximity to the big shopping mall with lots of stores and cafes. Metro station is near by.

It took a long time for us to find the entrance to the hotel, as there are no visible signs from the road. It was equally hard to find the entrance to the hotel's paid parking.
