Very pleasant hotel in a lovely, green and safe neighbourhood, close to Frankfurt's city centre. We loved our corner room, with large windows on two sides. It made the room feel a lot bigger! The decor and furniture are comfortable, yet a homey twist to the design could really improve it further. The bed is large and slept very well. Parking was available on a small lot next to the entrance and in the basement. There is a large public park just around the block, perfect for an evening stroll, and plenty of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance.

Airconditioning was weak, so the room felt like an oven when we entered on a hot day. Fortunately staff had a fix, they provided an extra key card so that we could go out while leaving the airco on. The staff who checked us in were young and inexperienced, we didn't feel welcomed the way experienced staff members know how to welcome a guest. This didn't really bother us, but it's the extra touch that makes a stay memorable.

Check in didn't go well with the two women behind the desk, giving me a room I did not reserve! Went back to the reception for a better room! As per the following day I was more happier with the assistent of Dünya. He gave me tips what to do and what to visit in Frankfurt. Very helpful and a great help and he is very polite. Thank you for your kindness! I will definitely stay here again next time visiting Frankfurt.

Everything except the receptionist on arrival, who was rude and unhelpful. As I didn't want to interact with her, I never went back to the reception during the 4 day stay.

Rooms were not cleaned very thoroughly during our stay and not enough plug sockets in the rooms.

Excellent position at walking distance to the Frankfurt Messe. Clean and modern room. Super breakfast at an acceptable price. Comfortable bed and writing desk. Nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine available in the room

The room was very small and we could hardly move around the bed. Open space bathroom/shower does not give much privacy. No fridge available in the room. Not that other hotels in Frankfurt are any cheaper during exhibition dates but 325 € per night for a small room is not exactly good value for money... I would have just expected a much larger room

Clever room design so wardrobe and bathroom take up minimal space leaves more living space and makes the room feel bigger. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Gym and spa - I was not expecting such facilities in the hotel - amazing! Great location - quiet street and close to my work.

Wifi. Lost connection in the gym and I could not auto-reconnect so I had to log in every time I came in and out of the hotel.

Maybe the price of breakfast, for what you pay for the room, I consider it expensive (there are no nearby areas to have breakfast, you have to walk)

The wellness facilities, the location, the breakfast, the design and the staff.

Breakfast lady was a little grumpy, but nothing serious. The hotel is slightly tired and could do with a lick of paint here and there. I had been promised an upgrade as a booking.com Genius but my room appeared to be a standard - which was alright for me.

TV always turns on when you enter the room, playing a very annoying song on repeat. Not a smart TV (could not open Netflix), which you would expect if they're drawing so much attention to it. Very hard to turn off all the lights in the room before going to bed. The toiletries offered for the shower did not include hair conditioner.
