The room was in perfect condition and kept very clean during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with German style offerings. The restaurant had a very good selection for dinner and the meal was quite lovely. The hostesses were very friendly and able to speak some English. The receptionists were very cordial and helpful. The entire staff was ALWAYS friendly, smiling and helpful. Parking was provided and easily accessible. If we are back this way, we will stay here again.

Nothing to dislike!

I liked everything but mostly I liked how much it made me feel like I was in the heart of Bavaria! Breakfast was wonderful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I will most definitely stay again, and look forward to it!

Location is very central and walking distance to restaurants, shops. All staff is very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is also like museum, has lots of historical artifacts. The nearby FFB Kloster is a real jewel, not to miss. Travel to Munich was relatively easy, from hotel walking to the S-bahn station was about 10-15 mins.

The staff is really nice. The room is clean , the pillow and bed is really soft. It feels like traditional and homy vibes. The breakfeast is marvellous and tasty.

It was my fault not knowing that Furstenfeldbruck is a bit far from Munich City Center. It took around 50 minutes to get to Munich. So it’s not the best option for you who want to visit Munich for the first times.

It's a charming hotel in a charming location with friendly staff and a good breakfast Chocolate on the nightstand has an old world charm you rarely see anymore. I'd happily stay here again.

The bathroom is 5 cm higher than the rest of the room so I stubbed my toe 163 times before learning. That's at least partially on me.

A spendid old world hotel with all modern facilities. I had a ten foot high door to my room and a painting of the Countess outside. Historic grandeur and charm. Parking was easy and secure. The breakfast excellent.

The bathroom had a slightly raised overlay floor which was likely to trip one going into the bathroom.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. The interior is amazing. Location is perfect (center of the city). I had breakfast and dinner there - foods were tasty and more than enough for me. Actually every little piece you need for a great visit were in its place. I'm 99,9% satisfied.

Maybe one thing because I was extremly satisfied. My room was south facing and got really hot during the day even I left the blackout curtains closed. The AC said centrally controlled (and was off). The windows couldn't be open during the night - only in the evening until around midnight - because (hotel is in the center) the street was really noisy. (Groups, music from cars, sport motorcycles, etc.)

The size of the room made the experience comfortable and the aircon was welcome in the heat

It says on the internet and on the hotel App you can get breakfast in your room. I requested this but was told this service wasn't available. Had I known I would have taken my travel kettle and some coffee.

We loved everything about this hotel. The receptionist was so welcoming and gave us some of the history about the hotel. Well done to the whole family for keeping this bit of history going.
