Nothing out of the ordinary - there's everything a traveler would need, except shampoo. :) They have a pool but I haven't used it (no time for that). Connections are supposedly ideal (10 minute walk to S-bahn - S8 that takes you to Munich). But if you attend a concert (as I did) - I didn't account for train a breaking down somewhere and also blocking the trail so no new trains were coming. The only alternative is then to grab a taxi to hotel. I came with car - there is a plenty of parking space behind hotel so no worries of running out. Some reviewers mentioned lack of space but they probably just looked in front of the hotel.

Shampoo bottle replacements when they run out. Small bottles are standard in hotels and they usually bring new every day but it didn't happen here. I didn't bother to report, just bought my own. It's a minor thing, really, but some may deem this important.

the hotel was very good, we enjoyed our stay there with the swimming pool and the comfortable rooms also the delicious breakfast. The parking was very good directly to the hotel

We had problems to use the mirror in the bath room, because it was very high the WIFI in the room was also not sufficient, even not working sometimes

The pool was great and empty

Breakfast was normal, fewer choices than other hotel. And we used the red side of the do not disturb card because we didn't want the room to be cleaned but they cleaned it anyway /:

Everything about the Hotel Mayer was positive, appealing and enjoyable

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast: tasty and nutritious, very good coffee. Lovely and warm duvet. Great sized room. Kids had a super time in the pool. Very clean facilities. Nice decor. Restaurant next door with tasty Greek food. Nice area: little lake 3 minutes drive away

No kettle in room.

My daughter sayed there alone form India before joining LMU. She was very comfortable staying alone for the first time. The reception staff and senior staff including manager were very helpful and accommodative. Breakfast was excellent with a large spread.

Everything was good.

The room was a great size, with a lovely four-poster bed. There was lots of parking, if you are driving. It isn't too far from the S-Bahn for trips into Munich.

Check in times are strictly adhered to.

the curtains in the room were very light and as a result the room was bright very early in the morning so hard to get a good nights sleep

No bath robe, you have to pay for this. No towels in the swimming pool. Also late start with the breakfast, they opend the dining room 5 minutes late

Breakfast was so nice. Indoor Pool is a big advantage.

It is a little far from trainstation and no bus pass through the hotel. The drinks are not at the room. There was a machine for it.
