The staff was very very friendly, nice and welcoming :-)

The Breakfast must be booked and it was just average. No vegan milk alternatives, the orange juice was just a "Nektar-Automat", and for cereals, I'd expected some plain oats, but there was only a "Früchtemüsli". Nowadays I already expect it to be normal to provide vegan alternatives.

Perfect location. Good value for money also breakfast included- various choices and plenty to eat also provide take away breakfast if you in the rush. Checkout until 12, no rush vacate. Decent size bathroom and good shower. Beds are comfy

The hotel is fairly central in the small city of Gütersloh. As we stayed there on a public holiday, it was also very quite. I am not sure how the place is like on a normal working day. The breakfast was good; it was the first time we could again enjoy a breakfast buffet at a hotel after the pandemic!

The room was quite small, especially after the sofa bed was opened. The sofa bed on which my children were sleeping were quite inconvenient.

We are a family with 2 children and we stayed only one night. The room is not very big but was enough for us. Very clean, new furniture and nice walls. The hotel is in the city center. Good breakfast served in a nice room. The staff was helpful. I recommend this hotel

The couch where the kids slept is not the best. The door from the bathroom is a little bit...strange. Parking is quite expensive.

Location… near to town center. staff very helpful and friendly. comfortable bed and room. good continental breakfast.

housekeeping came daily but didn’t take away used glasses from the bar, didn’t give clean cups on 2 mornings. minor detail, hotel still got high score.

Breakfast was excellent. A good selection of pastries and fruit. Staff were friendly also.

Car parking was a little restricted. Would have liked a guaranteed space, I had to park in the street for one of my nights.

We left a message that we would be late in, and were politely greeting by a staff member at 1am. The room was clean and a good size for a family with a sofa bed for 2 children. The bathroom was also of a good quality and clean. Breakfast was great as per all the reviews. We all slept well and it was exactly what we wanted with a day’s driving ahead.

Everything was perfect , we booking twice a year and always is great! Clean, quiet, amazing breakfast and staff very friendly, very good communication , only problem is with parking if you late night check-in !

A bit stressed about parking but we found one opposite hotel.

We made a sudden decision to stop in a hotel for the night while travelling through Germany, and this one was the nearest hotel in the area. And it was a great choice. For a moderate price we got a very comfortable room for the three of us. It had everything that one may need for one night stay, and it was spotless clean (nothing better after a long day than a hot shower in a shiny clean bathroom). I could not find one thing to complain about. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too. It was probably the cleanest Holiday Inn I have ever been to.

Place is clean and well maintained, with decent breakfast.

Parking is paid, not easily available and staff does not advise you properly on it. Advisory on the parking should be included in the description of the property. Also, no fridge or minibar in the room
