The rooms are really nice and the staff are super friendly. The spa area is great and the breakfast is not too bad either. Most of the staff are attentive and the rooms are quite nice. Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor and you could look into it from the street which meant we had to keep the curtains closed at most times since the shower was integrated into the room.

It was quite expensive for what you get and where you are. I would stay there again if the price was significantly lower. The facilities are nice, especially the spa area, but generally it is quite pricy for what you get.

Only had one small duvet on the double bed, sharing with my mate and requested single beds 🤪. Didn’t bother us or the shower which was all glass and on display from the bedroom 🤣.

For breakfast there was a good choice of rolls and cereals etc. plus freshly squeezed orange juice! The room I had was in the old building which was very nicely restored with the old beams still being visible. The receptionist was kind enough to describe a nice jogging route not far from the hotel which was perfectly adequate for a 10km run.

The Visa machine was broken so there was no way to take an invoice on checkout but hopefully this follows without any trouble via Email.

wunnerswat is really a very good hotel all the way, rooms, reception staff, excellent breakfast.

the waitress in the restaurant could be more friendly and cleaning tables with glassex when guests are having an excellent dinner is not ok.

The breakfast could be improved with fresher juices and higher quality products. The restaurant has always been closed when I am there, the fitness area can be improved.

Fabulous location in Verl, just off the Ruhr to Berlin Autobahn. In value for money terms, one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean, superb beds, superb bathroom, great spa facilities, excellent breakfast. Peaceful and quiet. Friendly helpful staff. 10/10.

Since I was traveling for work, I was looking for a "temporary home" and this was exactly what I got! Amazing personnel and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was just a quick stayover on the way south, but certainly a place that deserved more time. Very chic boutique hotel with nice and clean, well decorated rooms. Breakfast was nice and service fantastic!
