Location is right next to the bus stop that takes you to the city centre or the main train station. The room was spacious with a large window that lets a lot of light in. The toilet had a full wall wide mirror. Bed was comfortable. Good noise isolation. Electrical plugs are abundant. Has everything you expect from a hotel room.
One of the shower towels had holes in it.. Building is probably a little old, but it shows that they're trying to maintain it well. A little expensive

Convenient location. Late check-in. Clean. Large room. The quiet rooms (facing the back of the hotel) were quiet, good sound proofing between rooms. Friendly efficient staff.

Comfortable hotel very close to town centre. Rooms have everything you need including a kettle and coffee. Breakfast buffet was good but expensive for what was on offer.
Cosy bar is far from cosy as its and area next to reception.

the room wasn't the cleanest, especially the bathroom. The shower heads were broken. Most utilities in the gym were broken.

The size of the room, staff was very kind. We've spent a few extra euros to stay in a much better accommodation in Hanau.
Unfortunately the third bed was a little uncomfortable for my friend who suffers back pain

We got an upgrade because there was an issue about the rooms who was booked twice. Without problems the manager at the reception proposed us to have a suite.

The property was nice and a short walk to town.
We had trouble with the a/c so we were uncomfortable. we had to call staff to know how to work it. Also, we felt the breakfast was excellent but a little overpriced.
