The receptionists both male and female was just awesome. Their communication skill and way of approaching to customers is extraordinary . I never have experienced it in a budget hotel such a cool interaction. . You guys plz continue do your great work . See you next time . :) 😀

One time one room service girl came (Saturday ,15.04.23)she doesn't speak neither "Deutsch " nor " Englisch" :) 😀. She said she speaks only Romanian and Russian. Unfortunately I and my wife couldn't speak these languages .Atleast train her how to interact with people in a polite manner .

Check Inn provides every amenity you could ask for in a budget hotel and for what we paid (35€ per night during Christmas week) an outstanding value. It is however a very impersonal experience. The architecture and room design are almost hospital-like, Guests only have access to staff from 3 PM - 10 PM. Any attempt to speak with the daytime cleaning staff, none of whom appear to speak German, have one result -- they lead you to the front door and silently point to the "3 PM" opening time before returning to their duties. When the internet connection was unpredictably up or down, there was no one to discuss it with. Checkout is also staffless. Rooms have a refrigerator but it is not set very cold and the control is inaccessible to guests. The hotel is in an industrial area but public transit is accessible. Plentiful free parking including their own garage.

Lack of staff.

-Staff was friendly and helpful, and changed our room when we ask it. Superb service! -The bedroom and toilet were both very clean. Staff came every day to clean, pick up the rubish, and leave fresh water and coffee. -They are pet friendly! (which is a rare thing) -The price was very good, and the location was ok. -Beds were comfortable, and wifi usually worked well. -Appliances in the room were useful, and made our stay more comfortable.

-Noisy neighbours doing adult things. -When we arrived the elevator was not working (we understand it was a momentary issue). -On the last days, wifi wasn't working very well.

Very good value for money, nice clean room. It was very nice that they provided water and coffee in the room, i have been to more expensive hotels and they did not provide, that was very nice to have. Also they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall very pleased definitely would visit again.

Did bot have control of the heating and when i tried to turn it on it wouldn’t work, would of liked the room bit warmer but was ok. The right side of the window because it was triangular the curtain could not close all the way so some light could come through.

The staff of the hotel is super friendly and considerate. They even allowed me to store my bike inside close to the reception even if this is normally not meant to be done. The next train station (Offenbach Ostbahnhof) is very close, just few minutes away. And you can also quicky walk into nice forests in the hotel's vicinity. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you might need - and much more beyond that.

In the ratings of the hotel, I read that it can be very noisy and hot (in summer). Yes, there is noise from departing airplanes or trains passing by but this somehow (at least to me) was not disturbing. The music from the club next door was not too loud. I actually found that it created a relaxed (party/holiday/Balkan) atmosphere. And if you close the windows, you're fine. When I arrived, the room was very hot (29°C). As it cooled down in the evening, opening the windows quickly cooled down the temperature to more comfortable levels of around 23 or 22°C. And the next day it was luckily raining. So, heat was not much an issue during my stay.

The hotel was literally brand new. There was an underground garage which could be used for free. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Additionally, we got a credit for a vending machine for food/drinks/snacks of 5€ per day (including arrival and departure day) for free.

The location is on an industry terrain and not close to the center which should be considered booking the hotel. Furthermore, there is a club directly next door which was open for one night. So, there was a lot of noise, people were also outside of the club chatting and each time the door was opened the music was very loud.

The room was beautiful, clean and stuff was very friendly. Pet friendly, parking garage was available and elevator from parking garage to the rooms. Parking Garage felt pretty safe.

reception only from 3pm-11pm available and the area does not look very friendly. A club next to our window, smoking and drinking people at the entrances… Parking garage is a bonus but super hard to find due too bad signs. The long entrance had no lighting, only lights when in parking garage.

Curtains did not block out light at all so streetlights and car headlights left the room too bright at night. Getting some thicker fabric would help improve sleep quality alot. There were also no additional pillows available even though the hotel did not seem fully booked at all

Location was great, only 10 minutes away from Offenbach Ost station and trains arrive very frequently. We parked our car outside the hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice. A microwave, a small fridge, bowls and cutlery was provided. There is also a vending machine in the lobby and we bought a bagel sandwich and some yoghurt for under 10 euros. It was delicious and we regretted not getting more.

The door doesn't close fully sometimes so we had to double check to make sure it was properly shut. We could also hear some noise from outside but it wasn't too bad.
