Location, in the very centre of herford, hotel is very nice and modern, good sized rooms , clean and tidy, bathroom is also a good size, powerful shower, Staff are very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is buffet style, good variety, Parking is offsite, but is about 50metres away, it's in the Alt stadt parkhaus, plenty of spaces ,which are big , also very secure, and the hotel pays for the parking, just collect your ticket when driving in , and the hotel reception will frank your parking ticket and that's it, use your ticket when leaving the parkhaus, I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions, would definitely recommend to others, the location and the free parking is a big winner for me

A very beautiful and stylish room with an excellent bed, nice furniture and a perfect bathroom. There were coffee making facilities, as well a minibar in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the city, but in a peaceful position. Breakfast was very good. Nice staff.

They claimed to have gluten free alternatives at breakfast, but when I asked for gluten free bread I was told I should have asked in advance. Also no gluten free müsli was offered. Coffee very weak (but that is normal in Germany)

, Fantastic location, in the centre of town , with very friendly and most helpful staff, a superb hotel, room was very nice, we stayed in the black suites,very modern and spacious, very clean and tidy and comfortable,breakfast was included and was good, Parking is beside hotel in a big parkhaus, hotel have deal with the parkhaus and cost only 4 euros for a 24 hour period,easy access to the parkhaus from street, big and spacious and plenty of big parking bays, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others,

We stay in the new rooms and are comfortable and clean. The bed was great and they accept our little dog.

The hotel is in a pedestrian street, so you will have to carry your bags from the parking. It is not the easies to find by car. The elevator are a bit old and small.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city centre and the alter markt, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are decent, we stayed in the old part of the hotel, the room we had is basic, but clean and tidy, bathroom is fine but basic and clean and tidy, good powerful shower ,there is a new part of the hotel but haven't stayed in that part, so can't comment,breakfast is good ,decent choice, with a varied if small choice, but with the covid restrictions its understandable, I've stayed before the pandemic and its a lot more varied than at the moment, I've stayed here many times over the years and never been disappointed, I would and definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend to others Parking is less than 50m from the hotel, in a big parkhaus, the hotel pays for most of the parking, all we payed was 3 euros a day ,a bargin,

the room was very spacious and and the shower was amazing so clean and lovely. the staff was very lovely the gentleman was so polite and helpful. I am definitely going back to stay at the same hotel it was such a lovely relaxing stay and the location was perfect. shops all nearby.

the only thing is nothing is opened in the evening but we do if you are feeling a bit hungry you would need to get it in daytime

This hotel is located right in the centre of town. Handy for exploring and dining etc. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and good quality.

We stayed in the older part of the hotel and the rooms have seen better days and so it’s expensive for that type of accommodation. When I booked I expected the modern rooms shown on the listing. It should be made clearer which type of room you get for your money. How is it decided who gets what?
