We found the value for money excellent, the room was spacious for the price, and we were especially happy about the quality of the breakfast buffet. We have been to more expensive places with much worse breakfast quality. Definitely recommend and plan to come back.

1) While the website said there would be a minibar in the room, instead of a filled minibar, there was a sign about "minibar but different this time: there is a vending machine in the entrance hall!". This is straight-up, not a minibar. I never cared about having a minibar in the room and didn't miss it, but someone trying to pretend there was one when there was none feels like a scam. I'd strongly prefer to hear what's going on ("we had a problem with theft" "the food/drinks would go bad because not many people purchased, and we want to reduce waste") rather than being lied to. 2) Sauna was inactive as they are waiting for replacement parts. I was looking forward to using the sauna! 3) The lights in the bathroom were a bit aggressive

WOW - this really is the benchmark. This is a new hotel and they really have considered everything. The reception is open and welcoming, the staff are attentive, quick, helpful and friendly. Our room was exceptional with large comfortable beds, modern bathroom and spotlessly clean. The piano bar is fantastic! The bar are staff fully attentive at all times. The breakfast dining area is HUGE - frontal cooking of your breakfast and a buffet that needs to be seen to be believed. Again here the staff are there to answer any questions. TOP!

There was nothing negative that we could find............. perhaps a signpost for the hotel car park on the main road would be helpful for those travelling from the direction of the motorway.

Fresh new property situated on a great location for the city. Excellent staff, and full potential to grow into a very hospitable destination. I do wish them the best!

The hotel has recently opened and the amenities and services are still not available in full (Ex. Room service, Coffee & Tea, and minibar in the room, ironing board, robes etc.) I’m assuming one could ask for individual items if needed, but that’s not conveyed to guests. Also, a recommendation would be for the management to empower the team to help guests with their luggage at arrival. We pulled up as a family with small children with a fully loaded car and it was clear there was no offer for any type of luggage service.

Great quality of the room, facilities, décor, attention to detail, room exactly as depicted on Booking.com. The best bed we ever slept in when traveling, great dow & feather pillows (2 per person in different shapes), perfect balckout curtains installed in an intellgigent way so that there was no gap between them when closed; the sleep quality was 10+. Great bathroon, walk-in shower, very good bath products. Room extremely quiet, amazing soundproof windows. Nespresso machine & capsules refreshed daily. Loved our stay, we will come back for sure.

Less than perfect communication between receptionists and cleaning staff, our room was not cleaned as requested and bed sheets not changed as per hotel's standard although we repeatedly confirmed with the reception that they would be. Not too bad, just something to improve 🙂

Very pretty design, comfy beds, good blinds. Public parking garage just below the hotel, very cheap (8.5EUR for the night). Very good price. Very good location.

Quite poor soundproofing/loud room/hellhörig: we could hear the guests above our room constantly walking in their room. At some point in the night a baby started crying in the room next to us, which we heard loud and clear in our room. Housekeeping also forgot to throw away what looked like the previous guests cotton-improvised earplugs, which awaited us on the nightstand next to the bed. No smart TVin the room, no possibility to watch anything on netflix, amazon, etc.

Can’t say enough positive about this hotel . This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area along the Danube . Super reception with great and friendly staff . Beautiful room #333 overlooking the Schloss/Castle across the way . A short walk to city center . Bicycle storage was inside and very secure. Room was exceptionally clean and quite large . Amazing bathroom with wonderful shower . Dinner at on-site restaurant was very good and reasonably priced . Breakfast was probably best that we have had in our travels throughout Europe .

Nice, modern, spacious well equipped room with AC. Excellent breakfast, secure bike storage. They definitely cater to the biz traveler/conference attendee.

Overly modern buttons aren’t intuitive. If I have to spend a few minutes to figure out how to adjust lights or thermostat then the designer failed miserably IMHO (btw, I’m an engineer).

Our room had a beautiful view of the Schloss, and was large.amd.comfortable. The bed was great, with two covers, one each. Secure lockup bike parking. Nice staff with language skills appreciated.

Didn't like the squeeze bottles for the bathroom amenities. Not an inclusive approach for arthritis. And feels un-luxe.

There was nothing not to like, reception staff correct, but not very welcoming ( as opposed to the restaurant staff)

Very modern and confortable, very good breakfast ,very good position near Danube and a beautifull park ,close to city center , underground secure parking ,good links to Audi Forum and many destination.

Poor list of TV programs .it is an international hotel and must have english and other language spoke programs.
