The grounds of the hotel give an immediate holiday vibe, with the breakfast terrace overlooking the pond being a particular highlight. The facilities overall are excellent - you can spend all day lounging in the spa and pool area! The rooms are nice and clean, and we had a view of a small rooftop garden (with some chirping birds) that gave some added privacy.

The layout of the hotel is very confusing initially, so if you arrived via the car park you feel completely disoriented and end up walking with your belongings (and pet) through event/dining areas. A small 2nd reception/welcome area could be a good idea to help orient guests.

Its perfectly clean as always and we had a pool for ourselves again. Its our second stay at your hotel, and its our favorite place, since we drive from Denmark to England to visit the family. Its always quite, we can take our dog with us and its spotlessly clean*I especially love this* and lovely breakfast. And rabbits outside.

It was way too hot in the room i December like 25C. It was impossible to sleep, so we had to keep the balcony door open all night. Pls do yourselves, environment and guests a favour/ keep the room temperatures at 20C. Its easier to heat up than cool down.

Swimming pool was spot on, the terraces are very nice and cozy to enjoy a drink specially when good weather, the modern part of the premises are really good.

About the property itself not much however we booked a room with air conditioning how ever it was switched off and at the reception we were told that it depended on the weather which was warm considering the time of the year, therefore we had to open the window wide to get fresh air, so no blackout and early light disturb a good sleep. The pillows are the minus point of all, fluffy, thin, not even folding it was good. If you are planning to book I will recommend to take your own pillows ☺️ If you get to the hotel after 15:00 and you want to have a snack while having a nice drink, forget about it. You will need to go somewhere else.

Everything! Hotel Team was very nice and friendly. This llace looks small but its really huge and very elegant. I expected to have a nice time but I really was surprised how nice was there! Welcome Drink - very delighted gesture! Pool, Sauna, Wellness, this place helped me relax. We could also stay after check out to enjoy pool and Sun outside! Delicious Breakfast with a lot of stuff to choose and Coffee was also great! I would come back for sure! Thank you!

The grounds in particular had a lovely "Yen type" of ambience a pleasure to sit and relax in. We did not use any of the leaisure facilities but are sure they too would be of exceptional standard. Our Pet Friendly room was large and fresh with plenty of space for our little dog. . The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection of good quality food. The staff were friendly and very attentive.

We stayed in a family room and had two double beds, which never happens in a standard hotel room! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom big and the view from our window was relaxing. We enjoyed a really nice breakfast, no waiting in line, and plenty of space to sit and move around. The personnel was more than enough and everybody was attentive to our needs. We traveled by car and there was enough parking space to park our car every day.

Wellness and swimming pool area are nice, hotel is comfortable, free parking, cosy bar, you can walk in the neighborhood, friendly staff at reception, good breakfast

Not completely happy with the service in the bar. Fries were counted extra with the hamburger which in wording was not clear on the menu, at least for a foreigner. This could be improved. I received an expresso coffee when asking for an Americano and a 50cl cola instead of a small.

Staff very friendly and efficient. The building is clean, modern and well maintained. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

No restaurant, snacks or bar in the evening and the building was not staffed in the evening. This wasn't a major issue but access to a bar would have been nice

The hotel is very tastefully furnished and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, bushes, flowers and some ponds. Lots of parking available. The room was excellent and the breakfast was exceptional. Dinner in the restaurant was also excellent as was the staff both at dinner and breakfast.
