Very well positioned in the centre of town. We arrived by bicycle and there is a dedicated store room in the back lane with a keypad lock which was excellent. We had a room in the back block and it was calm and quiet with large bathroom. The first hotel we have stayed in 20 nights in Germany with air conditioning but it wasn’t hot so we didn’t need it. They have a coffee machine you can use any time of the day in the main restaurant near reception and cold drinks, free of charge which was excellent and very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

The front of the hotel is on a very busy traffic street so ask for a quiet room.

Staff member Claudia at reception was exceptionally warm and welcoming and very helpful. She really made our experience very positive. Location is also central to the old town area with restaurants and shopping all within close walking proximity. Property may be a little dated but very clean and comfortable.

Was all we expected but with a great experience with Claudia at reception that was a bonus :)

The reception host was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to help us. Complimentary ice cream and coffee was very welcome! Great location, and a classy hotel.

Lots of stairs to our room, and no lift, but it was an old building so no complaints really.

One of the best properties we stayed at… Location was excellent, customer service excellent … room is absolutely adorable and beds were very comfortable! The town of Landsburg is also very quaint!!! We will be recommending this place and town to our friends…

Reception lady Malory is the best, introduced everything, arranged everything to me. Make my living there easier! The hotel is nearby the river, only 2 minutes by walking!

The location is amazing, and the design is a logical continuation of it! Every detail is meticulously bthought of, really atmospheric. Staff is helpful, and small additional pleasures like free apples, coffee available and ice-cream ( stayed too short unfortunately and had no time to try, alas!) add up to joy

Location was perfect for the Old Town. Public parking at Schlossberg which was right behind hotel. Cost 13 euros. Hotel car park is only 15 but we were told public parking was 7. Breakfast was good. Nothing freshly cooked but adequate from the selection,

The shower went from boiling hot to freezing cold without touching it.

We lived in a junior suite, slept poorly due to the fact that a very uncomfortable mattress (there are 2 on a double bed) and not comfortable pillows

Chef and waitress were excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and all available and well cooked.

central carpets are showing their age and could do with, either a deep clean or renovation.

The whole experience was exceptional with the breakfast superb in a German way. The chicken theme was lovely and we will definitely return to this beautiful place
