Very close to the highway, free parking in front of the hotel, pretty spacious room, bathtub was a nice touch, nice and helpful and speakining English personel.

Two small details. 1. During breakfast I was not asked if I wanted a hot dish. I thought there was none, after few minutes I realised there is scrambled egg etc. On different tables. Breakfast itself besides that was very nice. 2. There was no free electric socket near to the desk in the room. Maybe I couldn't find it. There was one with something weird in it so I let it be. I had to connect my laptop on the other side of the room next to the bed.

bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the large, luxurious bathroom with large bathtub. Clean room. Refrigerator was a bonus. Parking was a bonus.

when I checked in Receptionist said the sauna could be turned on when I returned from dinner. the 2nd receptionist, when I returned from dinner, said the sauna could not be turned on due to cost. Breakfast fruit was not freshly prepared.

the restaurant!! the food was good, but the stafff!!! the lady was rude and mean! she was on her own, so I was aware of the fact that service would be slow!!! but she didn’t have to be mean about it!!! she forgot about our dessert and was really mean about it .

The best hotel from many we have stayed in on our recent trip. Staff friendly and helpful. Requests were met with no issue. Hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, well maintained and in an ideal location just off A2. Fabulous bathroom!

No facilities to make hot drinks in the room

Nice room with good beds. Bathroom wide and with a big bathtub, no separate shower. Breakfast very good.

I like to have at separate shower of safety reasons.

Easy to access location next to the autobahn, very kind at check-in and bar. Room was perfect for a night during traveling. Breakfast was ok.

Perfect location, quiet rooms. I like the sauna area. Nearby forest with a lake is good for jogging - if you are tired after driving. Shell petrol station located opposite the street.

They used to have water bottles in the sauna area.

Staff at check-in was rough and abrupt, not sure why. Parking not adequate for the number of rooms.

Arrived just in time to catch the buffet dinner in the restaurant. The food was great and the staff very friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we are passing.

It was difficult to tell what type of bed(s) the rooms had. As a result, I ended up with two small beds rather than a large bed. Oops. Unfortunately, they didn't have another room. It was okay, but would have much preferred a large bed. My fault, but confusing terminology for this American.
