I liked the flexibilty hotel had to accomodate almost every request I had (bodyweight scale apart). I liked the location where hotel was so close to metro (10min by walking) or to the train station (5mins by walking). I chose Dorint Stuttgart hotel 'cause I had to go to ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart every day. Those locations are really close thanks to public services I've spoken above. Essential by Dorint Stuttgart/Airport was an awesome accomodation 'cause I could have booked it in advance without paying money as soon as my booking was confirmed. I payed my staying at the reception. Price was okay but a little bit expensive oriented.

As a fitness guy I was so disappointed when I noticed there were no almonds or walnuts in breakfast room. Essential by Dorint Stuttgart/Airport keeps sending messages on your Booking account writing in German only.

Very bad check in experience, because I met this male receptionist again, unprofessional and arrogant. To give a few examples: 1. I paid for breakfast, but he did not enter it into the system. When I went to the restaurant for breakfast the next day, it showed that my room did not have breakfast, which was very embarrassing. 2. No receipt will be given when checking out. The reason is that only his colleagues can print it, and it will be printed after arguing hard. 3. Obviously can speak English, but told me that I can't speak English, and asked me to find a female receptionist to check out. The three female receptionists in this hotel are professional and welcoming.

We had a handicapped bathroom, which was great for my Mom (broken leg/wheelchair). It had a handicapped shower and toilet. The hotel is modern and breakfast was great! They even let us eat a bit later as Mom needed some extra time.

Parking fee is absolutely too expensive!!! It's the hotel garage for about 20EUR a night. Why so much?!? I found free parking around the corner by the REWE -- check there first before paying such an outrageous fee.

Easy to access, close to the airport. The room is well equipped, quiet area. Grocery, bakery, petrol station in 5 mins by walk.

I have received a message from the hotel via Booking, it said there were an opportunity to get dinner till 11 pm. When we checked in around 10 pm, the receptionist told us that unfortunatelly the kitchen was closed between Christmas and NYE. Also, no breakfast. We could get some coffee in the morning but a proper meal in the evening would have been appreciated. Or at least we could have made other plans getting to the city in time.

I liked the room very much. And, of course, it was clean. The room was really nice: with a huge window, (working) desk, very quiet, with a lovely bench in the corner (what a nice idea!), And the shower is equipped with "Rituals", which I enjoyed very much.

I spent only one night in the hotel, everything was more than fine. I wish there was something to drink maybe.

Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. Bottle of water is provided in the room.

Check-in always takes a long time, even if you are a repeat guest. Could work on improving that system. Also check-out or rather receiving invoice - could automate this as well. It would be nice to have amenities in the bathroom - some body lotion, etc.

Clean spacious rooms, good location to the convention center/airport. Parking on-site.

Parking was a little expensive at 19€ per day and the garage was kinda tight and hard to get in/out of. We have a small car though so it was ok. No daily room cleaning. They offered a beverage instead(note that said we could ask at reception for a bottled drink) but didn't give us the choice anyway. Beds are on the hard side and pillows kinda flat but we always bring some anyway.

Unfortunately there is no alternative to using the Park Garage and paying €19 for the few hours that one is in the hotel. Guests are forced to pay the fee or walk long distances or risk penalties. Not a fair option....

Clean and quiet hotel, next to the highway, ideal for a stop during a long trip. Great breakfast options. Paying safe parking on site was available. Easy check-in and check-out

The only thing I could think is that the complementary bottle of water was of sparkling one, so basically nothing to dislike here. It is a great hotel.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed using the gym, it was well equipped and clean with fresh towels. I also was pleased by the fact that there were women's parking lot near to the exit.

The parking garage is quite tight, so it's not very comfortable if you park in pairs within a 2-car-lot. Additionally a charger for electric cars would be nice, as there isn't really a chance to charge your car nearby (fast charging station at ALDI is always full).
