I stayed at the hotel for two days for a trade fair visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, salami, cheese, eggs, jams, waffles, bread, croissants etc... The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to a number of shops and restaurants. Lidl and Aldi are just a few steps away, and DM and REWE Center are also within walking distance. The hotel is also close to the airport and the trade fair, about 5 minutes by taxi or car. The cost of a taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was about 14 euros.

The room was fine, nothing too fancy, quite basic in fact. Was a pretty standard "IBIS" room. The staff was very friendly both at check in and check out. The hotel has ample parking, its paid of course, but it works. We were staying here while on transit so weren't there for long. But all in all, it was a comfortable stop. Special regards to the hotel staff for providing us with a few free Croissants while leaving even though we did not opt for the breakfast.

Well a hot water kettle with some tea and coffee sachets would have been nice. Also, the temparature controller in the room didnt work. Since we went just at the start of summer, it was quite alright and we could leave the windows open. But if it would have happened in peak summer, it would be quite a challenge. I presume they switched it off centrally since it wasnt required then.

15min walk from Echterdingen Station. The bed was comfortable. The property is next to LIDL and ALDI so that was a plus. The airport transfer that we book at the receptionist was very worth it because dragging luggage from nearest station to the airport was not ideal. So the receptionist recommend an airport transfer and the price was just €15

Staff - huge "plus" that they speak "eng". Fast check-in and check-out. All necessary information was provided during check-in.

Your city is a popular transit point to europa park and people use buses for transfer (which mostly depart before 7 a.m). So having some basic/limited breakfast (from 5 to 6 a.m. - your after 6) would be perfect.

There is a very friendly and helpful staf in the hotel - we really appreciate this. Breakfast is quite varied. It was warm in the room and generally rooms are well soundproofed. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but in the distance of 10 minutes walking there are couple of nice spots to eat in. Book a table, when you are staying during the fairs.

You must be prepared, that the bathroom in the hotel is in fact a cabin, no soundproof at all, so it would be quite inconvenient to share a room with a person, with whom you are not in a "domestic" relations. There is not enough place at tables for breakfast, so sometimes around 7.30 - 8.00 there is nowhere to sit.

Location is close to the highway so it is easily found. There are plenty of shops nearby. There were many parking spots available (including underground which I never used). I visited while it was incredibly hot and the AC was an amazing relief from the intense heat. Every single staff member I encountered were beyond helpful and so kind, something I haven’t experienced in a long time, thank you for that.

The reception service, breakfast and housekeeping is so great! You do not need to worry about any thing. I'm so sorry we melt the hair dryer when used it, you can contact my email if there was a number that I should pay. Thank you!

Booking and check-in very simple. Friendly personal. Situation very close to the S-Bahn. Room quite calm, no problem with noise coming from other rooms or the corridor. My room was quite big, with different types of curtains so if you want it completely dark it's possible. Everything very clean. Enough space in the bathroom (shower especially)

A bit noisy because there were people speaking very loud outside till late, but otherwise no noises from the other rooms. The bed was a bit too soft, but otherwise ok. I had forgotten my comb/hair brush, and there was no comb/brush set to be lent. That could be useful for some guest :-)

Breakfast was really good - though the apple juice was a tad too sweet for me. As I was there for a wedding - glad to see that the property was accessible 24/7 once you had the key - returned back at 4am. And having spent time at other Ibis hotels - style is quite similar to the one in Amsterdam (near the airport).

a slightly softer bed - after being on the road for 8 hours, it was quite stiff (the bed). Besides that - nothing else to complain about.
