The room we stayed in was a beautiful, large top floor corner room. It gave us beautiful views of the rooftops and sunset at night. Beds were very comfortable too.

The use of door codes seemed unnecessary and a nuisance where a standard key card would've been much more convenient. We had trouble using the self check in machine due to multiple bookings under one name and struggled to find the reception (which was close but not signposted)

The location and the room had everything I needed, the view on the balcony was perfect and the parking door was really convenient. The value for money was terrific compared to other hotels I've tried in the past.

Although I did not need help, having someone in reception would have been much better. Also, the door to enter the hotel is a bit small. Aside from that, maybe there should be a discount on the parking for the hotel but it wasn't that expensive.

Location is very central. In walking distance you can find a street with bars and restaurants. Everything was super clean. Bedside plugs. Good wifi, very simple but useful designed room. The online check-in process.

The cleaning service tried to enter to the room like at 9.15 am while we were still in the room. Also they were very loud then by cleaning the other rooms. I think, if they should start at 10 am to clean it will be thoughtful. Otherwise we were in the first room which one is facing to the elevator. Therefore, it was a bit loud, we heard every customer entered from the door of the floor entrance until we slept.

Room was clean and had everything we expected. Bath was modern. Check-in on the counter without any problem.

The hotel sent a lot of information in advance. The very first message said "welcome to mcdreams Wuppertal" which of course confused me as I wondered, if I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. We wanted to go to Leipzig... One of the information sent was, that the parking lot is available for 6€ per 24h. We planned to stay at the hotels parking lot. We arrived just after 10pm but the garage was already locked. The website said it would be available 24/7, but it's not. It's open from 5am to 10pm. They just changed it recently but didn't update the information online or in their aut messages.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel centrally situated, plenty of eating places nearby and super easy to reach by public transport from the main station. Room was super quiet, bed very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The automatic check in and check out process was very straightforward and easy to follow. Internet connection was excellent.

Hotel staff was super helpfull. We had some problems with check-in automat, but super nice lady has helped us via telephone. Our room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. I do recommend this hotel :)

Our room had windows from the street side. So it was pretty loud at night. Some partying people were making a lot of noise till late hours. We could've hear them very well even with closed windows. Our 2 year old son was wakeing up every time, when they were screaming and whisteling.

Hotel has very nice location. Very hip area, bunch of caffe and restaurants around. Before coming I asked about additional pillows and they provided, that was nice. Overall very comfortable hotel.

Too early checkout. 10 AM for checkout I found too early and to be honest never had this experience before. I think at least it should be 11-12 .

It was basic but clean and comfortable and I had a balcony! My train was very late so the online check-in and the key pad system were really useful. I asked for a kettle and they provided one. Really good value for money, I would stay here again

Easy and seemless check-in. Quiet and big rooms. Wifi worked properly. Late checkout was even on short notice possible (until 1pm).

Bathroom, especially the shower area wasnt that clean at all. No coffee or water heater available, also no fridge.

Very clean and cozy property. Has a nice comfortable covered parking for a reasonable price (5-6€ per night)

Pillows could be better. Actually they don’t do cleaning on a everyday basis because of pandemic. So if you want to have your towels changed you will have to find a cleaning person at the hotel which is not easy.
