This hotel is newly renovated, so everything was new, clean and shiny; it was a Best Western hotel until very recently. The staff is very friendly, and there is a parking lot right at the hotel, which is a big plus when traveling by car. The Lindau City Bus (line 5) stops behind the hotel and takes you to the Old City on the island without hassle (which is better than driving there, as there are usually no free parking spaces on the island). There is also a McDonald's and a Tesla Supercharger next to the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel, and recommend it without hesitation.

We didn't encounter anything that was really unpleasant, but would have liked a bit better/stronger lighting in the room. The quite weak light is comfy, but not helpful when you check out early and have to pack your suitcase when it is still dark outside. I know this is unfortunately a general trend in modern hotels...

We were upgraded to a premium room (4th floor), which was huge. Comfortable lounge chairs, great double bed. Fridge, tea kettle and coffee/tea were available. Everything was very clean. Well-sorted bar in the lobby area. The room rate was high, but not overly so for a summer weekend night in the Bodensee area.

Only a few small things. It was a hot day, and the reception and lobby area weren't air conditioned (room was cool, though). The provided soap/body wash has a woody fragrance, which won't agree with everyone. And, worst of all, no facial tissues. Be prepared for a longish walk if you want to visit Lindau proper

Breakfast with a mix of cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs, beans with tomatoes, fried bacon, cereals, yogurts and fresh fruit, pastries and bread rolls. Large room with very good soundproofing, comfortable bed and pillows of 2 sizes, low and high, modern bathroom and spacious shower. Coffee / tea maker in the room

The service at breakfast could be better, we had to wait quite a while for the cold cuts and cheese platters to be refilled. The location is on the outskirts of the city, you could need a car to get to the center or the island. The price is high

The location was good and very convenient to get to. The room is large and spacious and contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast was rich and very good. There was also a kettle, coffee and tea in the room.

The only problem was parking. Due to the lack of parking space near the hotel, we had to park in an empty lot a 5-minute walk from the hotel. At the same time, in the morning when we checked out, there was already a place and we could bring the car to load the luggage on it

Great room, very large and comfortable bed, modernly equipped, great design and beautiful furniture, free parking in front of the hotel, very close to the highway, polite and professional service, contact with the staff via application almost until the very moment of arrival (contact by phone and via application with the same beautiful and nice lady), spacious bathroom, many amenities such as red strings near the bed and under the shower to pull in case of emergency, close gas station, very clean, quiet, peaceful, and the internet is very fast and reliable. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I don't remember such a thing.

I arrived late at night & was grateful for the quick check-in procedure. The night receptionist (brunette guy) was very professional & helpful. Bed was very big & comfortable, room was completely dark, so I had a good rest & slept well. Check out time was convenient and I didn’t have to ask for late check out. Also I like simple & elegant interior of the room & stylish lobby.

I turn on air condition, but room was a little hot, would be nice to cool it down. There wasn’t fridge in the room, but it’s not a big deal.

Loved the nice breakfast. Plenty of choice and plenty of seats, felt very comfortable. About 5–10 mins walk from the place was a rather pleasant free beach / access to the lake (just outside of Strandbad Eichwald, a little east from it). Bus stop was very close by and rather convenient.

The location is a fair bit from Lindau city centre and the last bus on the week days stops fairly early. We were not that thrilled about walking from Lindau to the hotel, so had to leave the city ~ 22:30 (under the week, ought to be better on the weekend I think). Presumably, you can make it using e-scooters and e-bikes (tier and such), if this is an option for you, there were lots of them standing on the bus stop.

The hotel is located less than 10 minutes by car from Lindau Island (Lindau Insel) where the old town and more touristic part of the city rests. The room was comfortable, clean and had a good bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful. Good place to stay visiting Lindau.

There were some problems with the keys that refuse to open the room door but the staff made all possible efforts to solve it fast and we ended up getting another room. Where the keys worked. Not a big issue.

This was in an odd location but it was easy to find and parking was easy. The room was good with everything you could need. It was a bit dim as some of the lights weren’t working. It’s modern and the breakfast was good too

There isn’t a lounge area as such where you feel comfortable sitting and having a drink or chatting The area for this is the hallway so people are coming and going a lot and people leaving the hotel were all grouped around. The reception staff were polite and no more. Asking for service at the small bar area seemed an inconvenience. Also you cannot get food other than breakfast which, seemed a bit odd. ( there is a McDonalds burger place five mins up the road and the garage has a small shop ).

Very clean and very comfortable. It had a nice small desk in the corner, a lovely big window to allow airflow and yummy buffet breakfast.

The location was quite far from be Island, and there weren’t many restaurants around- not many that had an English menu anyway. The room got so hot during the day, and I couldn’t seem to cool it down, it stayed at 24 degrees. I slept with the window open every night which was fine as the automatic black out blind is on the outside and the room stayed dark
