About 5km from the center of Lindau (or Lindau Insel) as well as from the center of Bregenz. Right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. Walking distance from the lake, with a very nice view from there. We did not take the breakfast at the hotel, but went to the bakery that is literally next door and very good (I assume that the hotel breakfast will be very good as well, judging from the quality of the other facilities). I would recommend to reserve a parking space, because there are no public parking spaces in the direct vicinity. The hotel has a good underground parking. Besides, they have a separate garage for bicycles that you can access with the keycard of your room. There are 2 restaurants at walking distance.

Decently sized appartment with kitchenette and terrace (only the 2 top floor apartments have a private terrace), tastefully decorated and equipped with all necessities. Very comfy firm mattresses and king size bed. Seating area inside the apartment and on the deck. A/C to cool or heat. If we needed anything the staff made sure to cater to our wishes. Breakfast buffet from 7.30am every morning (top floor terrace with views)can be booked for a small fee and has a good selection of food, catering for various dietary requirements and tastes.

Glass door into bathroom but I realised that the operators of the hotel only rent the building and that there might be little that they can do about it. There's nothing else to add here!

Everything! Exceptionally well equipped, friendly and helpful staff, clean, great breakfast and convenient location. We really can’t recommend enough and will go back! Even the (bi-lingual) info sheet ticked all the boxes; it gave us all the information we needed, not just for the hotel itself, but where to eat locally and how to get about. I really cannot fault any aspect of the facility, staff or location.

Nothing to dislike

Modern apartment/hotel near to the island of Lindau and Bregenz in Austria, being situated just a few metres from the border. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We took the breakfast which was offered in a suite pr terrace on the fourth floor and it was excellent. That staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient

Hard to find anything !

Quiet area, very clean rooms, they really do seem to pay attention to the details. Automated check-in was simple. Bakery right across the road is excellent.

No Dishwasher, no bread knife, no toaster. For having your own breakfast, as you have a kitchen, those are really needed. Just a note, the fridge has no freezer.

Came here for New Years with my husband. We lived in a panoramic suite. The hotel exceeded our expectations! the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room is clean, there is everything you need from towels to dishes. The breakfast is delicious and varied! Alps from the window - the best view! We will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends!

Excellent location across from a bus stop with easy access to town, spacious room with a small but nicely equipped kitchen, great rooftop terrace.

Parking was difficult. There are a few spaces in front of the property but they are hard to get. There is also an underground parking garage which fills up quickly. The only other option is a paid public parking lot down the road - not really close by.

Very clean appartment and hotel areas and also very nicely designed. Everything seems to be quite new and not very "used". It felt cozy. Sufficiently quiet during the night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the younger lady at the breakfast was absolutely friendly and always had a smile. Very good! Good breakfast with the possibility to eat outside. Good selection of food at the breakfast. I also have to say, that the staff had a good eye on the people using a mask and the disposable gloves according to the pandemic rules. Very good! Nice welcome package during the "Bregenzer Festspiele" time.

Price was quite high compared to other hotels we're been at the Lake Constance during high season or events, given that it's only a B'n'B hotel. But it's still in the worth the money category. We paid 383 EUR for 2 nights including breakfast. The surroundings of the hotel are ok'ish, but nothing special. Sadly no lake view even from the panorama breakfast balcony. Reserve a spot in the parking garage, if you can! Finding a parking spot may be difficult in that area. We just had luck. Breakfast area inside can get crowded around 9:00 to 10:00 so better go earlier, when the outer areas are closed off due to bad weather.

very clean and comfortable room with a well equipped kitchen. very loveable space and would be great for a weekend or even longer! quiet neighbourhood

is a little far from the city centre - you need to take a bus (~10min ride) here from the train station and the bus frequency was variable. however is great if you’re looking for a quiet getaway and is a just short walk down to the Lake Constance

super clean. super cozy. super nice team. exceptional experience during the staying this Apartmenthotel. kitchen is well-equipped; Bed is very comfortable; warm-hearted details everywhere at the reception and in the room. The team is very friendly. And cleaning status is also outstanding: there is very welcome flowery fragrance when getting into the room. strongly recommend😍
