Great location close to the train station. Catching the train on the next day at short notice after a good breakfast was just easy. Nice, new hotel, clean and quiet.

Opening the doors via smartphone after online check-in didn't work due to a router problem on the floor where I had my room. Why are things getting over-engineered, and why are ever more dependencies on error-prone technology added (first, no telecoms signal in the hotel lobby; next, login into the hotel's wireless network; then, trying a couple of times whether the room door was giving any signal)? I ended up going back to the reception desk, asking for a "classic" key card and, finally, got into the room - without any problems. Keep it simple, guys.

Loved the place, the interior design, the decorations and the rooms. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. They even offered to book us a table for breakfast so we could enjoy breakfast together with the other colleagues. They also helped us with the invoicing paperwork and were always there to assist in case of questions.

The temperature in the room could not be customized that much, there were a few days when it was cold and some heating would have been nice. Basically had the same temperature inside as well as outside. But on the bright side the heating in the bathroom floor was working, so that helped a lot with the showers and the cold air combination.

It was just great. All expectations were exceeded - great location, 3 min from bus/railway station but nonetheless quiet calm place - stuff is very friendly and helpful - bar and lobby are small but very comfortable (where personnel also plays a great role) so having a drink or a cup of tea in the end of long day was a great relief - room was large, stylish and perfectly clean - bed (linen, pillows) was incredibly comfortable, had a great sleep as if was dreaming on a cloud )) - parking right under the hotel with direct entrance to the hotel - maybe there were no other guests around us (which judging from breakfast was not the case) but we haven't heard anyone at any time, so rooms must have good sound isolation there

It was really hard to find anything that I didn't like about this hotel. The only thing I could think of was that just one of two elevators (lifts) was in operation, so it took a bit of time to wait for it. But it might get fixed after NY holidays and it was rather unnoticeable and did not affect my great experience in the hotel.

Rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Breakfasts have a good variety of hot and cold buffet items including about 12 teas! Also you can get breakfast quite late so no need to get up early.

A minor point if I was visiting for work is that the desk is quite small if you need to work for a long time. No fridge, kettle or USB charging points

Great breakfast and friendly staff. For families: a studio is available and there is a small kid’s corner in the lobby. There is also a car park just next to the hotel which made everything even more convenient. The distance to walk for younger kids to the city center or the palace might be a bit long (20 min), but there are also possibilities to park the car between the center and the palace.

Reception staff were fabulous. Carlos at the night bar was the best! Parking in the attached garage was very easy and safe. It costs some money but worth it. City center within walking distance along with great places to eat.

Our air conditioner didn't work but opening up the window did help. Staff was notified. It could have been operator error too. No room for clothes to be stored, just a few items could be hung. Not something we are used to in the States. Also, no ice which again I think is U.S. thing.

A modern, yet cosy budget hotel, right next to the railway station and a mere 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre. The rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is very decent and the staff friendly. Entering the lobby with its sofas and bar feels like “coming home”, especially after long hours of travel on a winter evening.

breakfast was good. although practically same for the 3 mornings we were there. room was clean, including the bathroom... TV has english channels :) most of all LARA! she still managed to smile at us during our check-in, after serving a group of about 15people!

a bit more light, please.. although i thought that ambiance is part of the character of the room.

Modern and tasteful, promoting a guest interactive bar and breakfast eating area. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideal for access to the train station. Value for money.

Rooms were on the small size. Better use of space could be made by removing the decorative wardrobe cover.

The beds were very comfortable, funky rooms, great facilities, and amazing staff. We stayed in various hotels during our tour around Germany, from 5star to B&B, and this hotel as far was the best from all of them. The town was lovely, too. We definitely come back!
