The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to Ludwigsburg. It's literally spitting distance from the Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, which is probably the main reason for visiting the town, but it would also make a good base for exploring the surrounding area. For parking, use Parkhaus im Marstall 71634, Bietigheimer Str, which is located directly across the road from the hotel. Ask the receptionist at check-in/out to validate your parking ticket to get a bit of a discount. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Our room had a double aspect, with one of the windows looking out towards the schloss. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

- would have liked better variety for breakfast but no complaints. For such a price it is great and keeps fed half the day - there is no reception/lounge in the afternoon / evening / night, so don't expect to grab some food/drinks if you are coming late (nice excuse to have a small walk though)

Hotel is very new. Rooms are clean. Simple design but it is functional. Easy parking with some fee. Overall nice place.

Hotel is most of the time not staffed. Reception hours are short. You do self check in. So it feels like an airbnb rather than a hotel because you don’t have anyone in the building to talk to. No phone in the room to call anyone in case of emergency or sth also. There is a local number on the wall. But for international tourists it is tricky to call a local number. Although I did not need to call anybody this felt weird for me.

The fact that it was clean and new and that check in was easy to make (i arrived after 23:00)

The heat. It was over 30 degrees in the room and the fan helps but not much. Also, I arrived at around 23:00. The hotel looks scary inside and unfinished on the elevator halls. You could make it friendlier.

Very clean, nice staff, remarkable how the designer managed to create so much spaciousness on the square meters available. Public parking (paid) on opposite side of the road. We arrived after the service desk had closed, but an efficient electronice system outside just needed a bit of info and then produced our card keys.

the location was ideal for the town and the palace. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well laid out and tasty

the rooms have a Senseo coffee machine. I would have preferred a kettle for making tea

All of the personnel were friendly ang accommodating. I enjoyed my entire stay in the hotel. Keep up the good performance everyone..

In my opinion, everything were good and satisfying!

New and nicely designed hotel and rooms, lots of wood and concrete. Also I appreciate the modern rooms. I checked in late through the computer without any issues. internet was good, paid parking across the street. unfortunately no time to to enjoy the breakfast

5 min walk from the chateau, and we parked our car in the parking which was in the shopping mall. Therefore we did not worry about the parking at the chateau. Room was very clean and functional.

We did not have a refridgelator but not a major issue.

We stayed here for the Pumpkin Festival and the location was a perfect 3 minute walk away. No contact electronic check-in was easy and available in multiple languages. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were able to sleep late with the window open as it was so quiet. It was also a short walk to the town square and restaurants, and we felt very comfortable walking back at night. Breakfast was offered in a nicely packaged bag at the door in the morning. The parking was conveniently across the street at the shopping mall. We felt this hotel was a great value for the money and would definitely stay again.
