The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Also the other staff at breakfast were extremely forthcoming and helpful. All personnel clearly takes pride in providing an excellent service. The room was large as was the bed (which was a bit hard for my back). The bathroom was also very spacious and super clean, a pleasure to use. The location is excellent for biking (there were loads of cycling tourists on the streets).

The breakfast was rather average. It would have been nice to be able to cut bread slices, however, there were only small (heavy) one portion bread rolls. The location is not that great but you can reach Veitzhochheim by walking, so no problem there.

Eco friendly liquid, refillable soap & bath wash. Great! Toilet paper was above average quality compared to the normal EU sandpaper we usually experience. Large bathroom Above average room size The two towns on either side of the river were easily accessible via via pedestrian bridge. Great for walking or biking.

Disappointed there was wall to wall Rugs. Ours had a stain. Bath tub: shower drained poorly & yellow, stained grout in one corner of shower Motion sensor bathroom light that was extra bright & no other lighting option in bathroom. The Outdoor cafe not open nor other nice outdoor areas that looked like they were we kept and available. I went to check out the grounds on the outside of the hotel and got locked out! Why the outdoor area was not maintained or accessible in such lovely weather was disappointing.

Very comfortable room in a peaceful lication close to the river Main, charming and helpful manager.

The automatic (motion-sensitive) lights in the bathroom are awful. Who wants super-bright lights (which stay on for several minutes after you leave) the moment you walk into the bathroom for middle-of-the-night wee?

This was the second time we stayed here. It is a nice hotel, just a bit outside Wurzburg. Rooms are clean and large. The staff is very nice. Great breakfast also and if the weather allows it, you can have breakfast at the terrace.

Easy to reach from Würzburg, in a quiet place 20 min walk from Veitshöchheim's Schlossgarten with large exceptionally clean room. Bicycle friendly

We loved staying here on our biking adventures over a long weekend. The staff was super friendly even though they didn’t speak English. The breakfast was also really good with lots of options. It was a great location for the bike trails!

The breakfast was great. The owner provided the breakfast buffet even there were not many guests joining. The room was also quiet.

Everything was perfect really. Best value for money.

I do not know if there was a barrier free entrance to the hotel. I did not see one.
