Great location for people traveling from the northern part of Europe towards Berlin and further south. Very convenient for a sleep over on the route. Easy access, booking and check-in. Spacious and clean room, incl. bathroom with all basic necessities.

Missing information in the room on breakfast prices, opening hours of the restaurant etc. And missing information on the possibility to charge an electric car for free. We couldn’t figure out how to start the charger. Requested info messaging the hotel but their reply was not helpful in any way… Ended up charging our car at a petrol station nearby.

Location very close to the highway exit, easy check in on the machine (you get the code to open the door of your room) until midnight so you can arrive late, comfortable and large rooms

Location close to busy road means you can hear the traffic if your room is facing the road but there are also rooms facing the other direction, breakfast was nice but not overwhelming, no special facilities but we did not need any

Spacious and clean room on the ground floor. Quiet in the room when the window was closed (isolated well against the traffic noise from the road). Comfortable bed. No problem to use the self-service check-in. No problem to find parking space. Decent breakfast buffet. Perfect location for an overnight stay when you are under way on the Autobahn.

Perhaps a tad pricey for being a self-service motel in the middle of nowhere (we paid 105 EUR, with breakfast for two and parking included). On one of the photos a kettle is on display, but in our room there was none... To be fair, in the text description no kettle was mentioned.

Good location, easy to find as close to the highway, nice breakfast of different food choices, free parking, nice yard. Digital check is great and easy! Hotel is pet friendly, what is highly appreciated! Big respect! Room clean and nice. Would stay myself again and recommend it for others.

Could be better if available to have breakfast and check out till 11am. There were cups in the room but no kettle, tea or coffee for making it and no coffee machine in the lobby either. Maybe possible to get it on the wish when booking? Would be good to have a possibility to get a warm drink when arrive late and all restaurants are closed already. The restaurant which is close to the hotel is open until 11pm, but serves new client till 10pm only. Was disappointed about that. That was strange.

The code for our room didn't work. Multiple other guests tried to help us get into our room, but we had to call and text multiple times before a live person called us back and was able to reset our code. All of our calls went to recordings which was so frustrating! The problem wasn't ours but their technical system, so it would have been nice to actually reach a real person much quicker.

Spacious room, modern and clean at a fair price. For business travellers also the location is good, just out of the motorway

The code for entering was not working. They have me another and it was fine. But if you don't have a phone or without battery, you remain out. I prefer hotels with reception. Lighting could be warmer.

Located outside the city, this hotel is excellent if you plan to explore the region by car. Free parking, easy check-in and breakfast is good (not a huge choice, but what is there is very tasty) Although there is no staff on-site all the time, problems are dealt with very fast after a simple call to the hotline :)

Located in a good area, modern and simple room with good hot shower.

One of the bathtowels was dirty with spots and it felt dirty... It would be nicer if they have a mocrowave in a room.

Very easy and simple check in was great, the room was large and accommodating for my needs. The wifi worked great & I was pleased with my stay. I will stay here again.

comfort of the bed, needed coffee and tea bags with the kettle. But nothing that would keep me from not staying here again.

Problematic check-in and basic breakfast notwithstanding this is a very fine motel-like establishment to stop at during a longer roadtrip. Spacious and clean rooms, easy access and a nice town of Neuruppin nearby to add little unplanned sightseeing to your experience.
