An amazingly beautiful hotel! We got a beautiful room, with comfi everything and a lovely balcony. The staff is friendly, restaurant is magical, breakfast is rich and wonderful - there are vegan options as well. There is a bike rental shop next door so you can get a bike and go around the lakes. Everyone is super friendly. We had an amazing time and we highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in Alt Ruppin, appx. 4 km away from the town of Neu Ruppin which has the Fontane spa. There is plenty of stuff to do around alt Ruppin and you can bike everywhere - however it's not for you if you look for a place close by to the town and/or the spa

This is one of the cosiest, most friendy and nicest hotels I’v ever stayed in! Unfortunately only stayed for one night, but would love to come back for another, longer stay. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and the hotel/ restaurant staff is amazing! We had a clean, nice room with two floors. The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful. Big, private (free) parking spot and a cosy garden. Massive value for money, go if you can!!

I chose this hotel and never regretted it. The room was comfy, the personnel was amiable, and the area around the hotel was lovely.

Unfortunately, in room number 8, it was impossible to connect to WiFi. I would advise the hotel to sort out this problem since the hotel claims to have free WiFi.

Our room was very cozy, the staff was helpful and kind, the breakfast was plentiful, and you have to try the fine restaurant below (especially out on the backyard terrace).

In duplex rooms an air-conditioner should be convenient in the upper roof area (the weather was too good when we were here).

The 2-storey room was clean and spacious. The surroundings of the hotel are very nice and quiet what makes it a perfect spot for a few days break (kayaking, walking etc.). We stayed a night but couldn't resist to have a very nice walk in Alt Ruppin. The restaurant service was nice and helpful.

We booked a triple room and it was beautiful: well decorated, clean, and cozy. Staff: check-in crew and dinner team were friendly and polite. My mom doesn't speak German and the woman at the front desk was so kind to translate everything in English for her without any prompting. I was extremely impressed. We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions were surprisingly large for their prices. Breakfast was also very good. There were lots of choices for people with different dietary needs.

The check-out experience wasn't the greatest. The card machine was down and were told we would have to pay in cash, but we didn't have cash. The manager refused to come speak to us citing that she was busy waiting for furniture. We offered to leave our card information with the reservation and offered to have an invoice sent to us, but were denied and were told to withdraw cash from a bank machine, which left us with multiple fees because we didn't have an EU bank account. To pay for our room, we ended up paying a fourth more in bank fees.

Lots of space with a room with bedrooms upstairs. Excellent breakfast. Very good restaurant and above all friendly and efficieent staff. A good garden to relax in.
