Very clean and comfortable room and large bathroom. Evening meal was very tasty and buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. Plenty of car parking.

Arrived at the agreed time but there was no receptionist available so booking in was done by a member of the restaurant team who dealt with it very well but was inexperienced in the role.

This is such a great hotel. The rooms are huge and beautifully fitted. The staff are excellent, as is the food. And it’s set in lovely countryside with a cute little cafe and shop too

The only negative was a vibrating sound in our room which woke me up three times. I assume it was a neighbouring room’s toilet or shower, but it was surprisingly loud. The place is so quiet apart from that!

Burgher paradise hotel

Efficient business-like hotel that seems to cater primarily to business travellers and groups, but also very useful for a holiday. If you have a car, it is a good base for exploring Münster and the surrounding moated castles (there is ample free parking next to the hotel entrance). Rooms are clean and comfortable.

There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.

It is five stars hotel. The location is outside of Munster, but worthwhile. very special hotel and very nice. Breakfast was great with nice variarty.

When I arrived at the hotel at 18:00, no one was at the front desk. It took me some time to see a sign on the desk that I should call a number if there is no one at the front desk. I used google translate to understand the sign. It was not a pleasant welcome.

Great and big room. Very comfortable and silent room with everything a person needs. The breakfast had a good variety of food and it was great. Employees were always ready to help and with a smile on their faces. Hotel very well located and with a great view. Parking spaces are also available in a considerable amount.

Clean room, comfy bed, dog bowl for our pup and great shower. Breakfast was v good. Dogs not allowed in restaurant but they accommodated us for dinner by the fireplace near reception and breakfast just outside main restaurant on the terrace. Nice grounds and deli shop.

Room was warm, we couldn't get the air to blow cold but we just had the window open it was quiet enough not to disturb sleep.

Very nice property which is really a complex. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

The person at reception for a hotel of that class was terrible. I explained that I hadn't been able to book their restaurant which indeed was full and asked a suggestion as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. She huffrd and said she didn't know. This is a 4 star superior hotel!!!! They should be advised to choose their staff better to represent such an establishment.
