We loved the ethos of this hotel as it is an 'Inclusion Company' providing work for disabled and non disabled staff working side by side. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The evening meal menu at first looks a little limited, but all of our meals were excellent and tasty. There is a small park opposite the hotel's main entrance which is well worth a wander around. It appears to be something like a sensory park. We also walked over to a nearby nature reserve across the river and spent about 3 hours there bird and wildlife watching. We saw red squirrels which was a bonus for us. We were told that Munster was well worth a visit but as we were on the motorbike, and it was raining, we did the local walk instead. We would be happy to stay there again,

Nice spacious clean room. Equipped for wheelchair access. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and we made fresh waffles ourselves. Friendly staff. There were cookies on the made beds. Nice touch. Nice that the keycards were totally unmarked and room number was given on a post-it note, saving paper waste on a bigger carton keycard holder. Quiet location.

No mosquito net on the windows.

The hotel staff were all amazing. so kind and caring. the hotel is surrounded by gorgeous gardens. the surroundings were so picturesque. There is an electric car charging space which is great. hotel room was clean but fairly small and not the best view from our room.

only one pillow. small room and bathroom. nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom.

Nice & modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel serves a nice breakfast with different options and provides 24/7 reception service. Because of its location, the hotel was nicely quiet during the evening.

It wasn't always easy to open the door with the key card. I had to 'dance' the key card around the sensor to open the door. This was not something that really bothered me, but it looks a bit silly when you're standing in front of your door trying to get it to open by moving the key card in alot of different ways in front of the sensor :-)

The room is new, clean and cozy. We were there as a family with a kid of 2 years old. I did not send a message in advance to ask for a baby cribs but when we arrived they already put the cribs with a cute pillow and blanket that in the end my son enjoyed pretty much. I really appreciate that.

Excellent staff -receptionis Bela was really helpful, gone above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful, lots of nice details. Room comfortable and clean. Bathroom is very spacious. Tea/coffee facilities in the room were excellent. We travelled with our big size of dogs, they took most of the floor space in the room, but we all had a peaceful sleep. Breakfast buffet were great, lots of good quality options for my child too. Perfect coffee too. Free parking at the doorstep was a bonus. I walked the dogs and enjoyed the surroundings. Very close to the motorway -so was perfect for our long journey's overnight break. And the price for 2 with breakfast and dog stays fees and a dinner still was very reasonable. I will recommend this place for everyone.

A bit difficult to find the hotel within the massive complex -as so many buildings around.

Everywhere was spotless and had been built to a very high standard. There was ample parking and is on it's own site and very accessible. only a couple of minutes drive from A1 motorway. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of items. Didn't notice much fruit but then I might not have looked properly!

This hotel was a nice experience and above expectations. Despite being away from Munster it's a quite place to stay away from city center. Very nice decorated in the middle of nowhere but close (by car) to main road.

The room was quite small for a family with a kid. Breakfast was good enough for a 1 day stay.

Everything new and in impeccable state. Very friendly staff. You definetely get your money's worth - or even more. On top, all this for a good cause, as the hotel is part of an inclusion institution run by the Church, helping mentally and physically challenged individuals to lead a fullfilled and meaningful life - and all that organized in a way that strikes a good balance beween serving this cause and being "just a very good hotel". Special bonus points for easy access to the A1 Autobahn, connecting Scandinavia with the south of Europe.... that makes it a perfect stop-over location in case you want to make an overnight stay on your way down to Italy, France or Spain - or on the way back.
