A very good location with easy access via underground to town centre. BW Hotels have certainly updated this hotel and it is clean, well presented and with secure on site parking at a reasonable cost. Most staff on reception were very helpful and the rooms are very well designed with extra touches eg fridge and complementary bottles of water. The breakfast was excellent in all respects with cheerful helpful staff . We appreciated the bar being staffed.

The pillows were too soft and ‘squishy’.

Comfortable rooms, although the carpets might like a bit more care while cleaning, the overall cleanliness was very good and I would definitely come back again if staying in Nurnberg. The hotel was around 45 min walking distance from the City Centre and there was public transport available as well. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Upon my arrival, the receptionist was quite rolling her eyes while being told I speak English over German, probably as it turned out her own English was quite poor. However the other staff members I talked to were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great with really long duration. Staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms met my expectations, everything needed was available. The heating was at a decent level (in December this is important!) and generally, it was absolutely fine.

The WiFi is a little slow, limited to 8192 kbps and up to 3 devices connected. Travelling with one more person having a phone and a laptop each means you can't connect all 4 devices at once.

We liked the location because we didn't want to drive in the inner city. It was easy to get to the accommodation, and the parking available was perfect. We liked the large room, access to tea and coffee at all times, and the breakfast was excellent. The lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very short walk to the underground station to access the inner city. There were good restaurants nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of tea, 3 x coffee machine, enough tables and very polite and fast working staff. Enough space for parking. Rooms were spacious enough but not overstuffed with furniture. We especially liked the desks in rooms, big enough for 4 people to play board games :-) Nice lobby and I appreciate free coffee and tea. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception. I travel quite a lot and this hotel was my 9th stay at a hotel this year so far.

Almost nothing to complain about. But the Wi-fi was quite weak. We used our own data.

Breakfast was superb! Location - even though not in the town centre, understandibly for the price I wouldnt expect it to be in the centre. It was easily reacheable via U bahn in little time direct to city centre. Loved it

Im not a pet person but for the price I accepted to stay in a pet friendly hotel. Was annoyed hearing dogs barking either in the room or at each other.

the hotel is situated very close to the center and have a parking lot which is very easily accessible, had an extra cost. and very close to public transportation and also easily to get to the high way. the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. the bed is reasonably comfortable. just the pillow isn’t my preference but that is more standard within Germany I think. Great breakfast! had lots of different choices.

the room was very warm when we entered. but it was too warm for sleep so we needed to open the window to let it cool down.

The hotel is on the way near town, for this case very easy to find him. There are a big parking area, per night cost 7 euros. The room was big, with balkony. The bed very comfortable, there was air conditioning, normal refridge, in room can to do coffee or tea. The breakfast in Sweden style, the food good and various. We like this hotel. The staff very careful.

The location was right next to the subway. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was big enough for all the guests. We enjoyed the amenities of the room: tv, shampoo, electric kettle, coffee/tea packets, coffee in the lobby, etc.

The front desk was too small to handle all the guest traffic; we had to wait in lines several times. They ran out of bus/transit discount vouchers. The electric kettle in our room was broken so we had to hold the button down constantly until the water boiled.

The room was clean, and also a very good size. I travel a lot and I do not see often such a spacious room. Also, there is an extra door which separates the anteroom from the actual bedroom. Like this, no noise from the corridor can disturb the guests.Breakfast was also great, all kind of needs were met. The hotel is in the outskirts of Nürnberg, easy to reach the auto routes all around to continue the journey. However, there is an S-Bahn and a Metro station nearby, to reach the citycenter. So, situation of the hotel is also ideal.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, only a bar.
