The kitchen, the bed and the tv

I had requested an apartment with bathtub, but it was only a small shower, which was disappointing

Very clean, well decorated rooms! Very nice vibe in this apartment, there was shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, a mini dishwasher with tablets, a tassimo coffee machine with plenty of pods and sugar with some milk pots in the fridge too! They made up the sofa bed for us without any problems. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay😄

Location is round the corner from the main red light street and so may be bad on a weekend (for families and small children), however we found this fine on a Monday-Wednesday and the street the apartment is on didn’t seem bad! Also there was no lift so anyone who struggles climbing stairs should not stay here. The sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable but I was fine with this as I can sleep anywhere 😄

the property was excellent-really comfy and catered for everything (from kitchen towels to ironing boards). Was great that we booked a room with a Terrace and we were on the ground floor Asian our case we had a stroller.

The location is great for getting about but caution to families -it’s in a red light district and we had some questions from our son about what the ladies were doing in the windows with their bathing suits 🙈 But extremely quite and no issues at all during our stay

We were a bit uneasy with it being in red light district. one night some other Airbnbers had an all night party with (what appeared to be) local sex workers. When reported next the staff were all over it trying to track down the apartment. They do not tolerate. Kitchen missing knives and cutting board but staff say they will get that fixed. The digital check in system was challenging for me. I had to help several others sort it out so they could get into their apartments. Staff report they are working on it.

- Very well positioned - Close to Oldtown and various city attractions - clean and spacious - Has most of the necessary items for short and medium-term stay (microwave would be a good addition)

- The street is populated with questionable people but this is not really a problem of the apartment, just as an FYI for future visitors - Door opening is done via web application, sometimes it didn't work for 5-10 minutes, so had to stay in front of the door until it did

We were allowed to check in at 14:30 for free, which was a nice gesture. Customer service responded very quickly via e-mail for any queries, which is great since they don’t speak English if you call. Check-in is easy via online application. Location is perfect in the heart of the city very close to the center, shopping facilities and everything you can possibly need. The appartment is equipped with 100% functional kitchen and not overused dishes. Bed is comfortable.

The shower unfortunately was really unpleasant to use, lots of hair left from previous clients in the drain which is a huge deal-breaker for me. It also leaks when you close the enclosure filling the floor of the bathroom with water. Another thing is that I especially booked the appartement for 3 people (2 adults and a 4y/o kid), we obviously had a stroller and there is no warning that the building is not equipped with an elevator. We would left the stroller on the ground floor, but the entrance door was always open. So dragging it to the fourth floor was not particularly pleasant.

Great location for the U Bahn and city walking. Very clean and good facilities. Good WiFi. Free 1 1/2 hr check in and out extension if there is availability. Couple of small requests deal with quickly.

Solo female travellers be aware that it is in the red light district but didn’t feel threatening. Had to ask for toilet roll and an ironing board but they were delivered next day. UK travellers recommend buying German plug for usb charging - seems UK adaptors were not great for charging phone / iPad.

We stayed on the top floor and had a wonderful rooftop terrace overlooking the outside of the city walls, the bed was comfy and overall the apartment itself was nice

The shower pressure wasn’t good but I can understand that with the apartment being up so high, and the area itself felt a little bit dodgy, I think maybe that had something to do with certain people that live in that pocket of town but other than that I highly rate it

Stayed in two different apartments in the same building. Both were very well kitted out and they were in the old town but still very easy to walk into town. Lots of confusion about the address but this was due to confirmations from Bokking.com being wrong. The staff were great and sorted everything out as quickly as they could and asked us to provide details so they could make sure it didn't happen to others.

There was much confusion about the location and it turned out we weren't in the right location. The staff were excellent though and sorted it out so not much.

The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. The concept is also very nice. Everything is clean and so modern. Very nice stay!

But the only thing that I dont like is the location :( I will not go back because the location is in red light district area. Left and right neighbors are night club, so it is not safe, especially at night. And it turns out the main door is always open. So I am anxious the whole night.
