I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. I had this amazing room that overlooked the market with so much light. It was quiet, even if it overlooked the market. The shower was perfect both in speed and hotness of water. The room was clean. I would have appreciated a better quality wifi, but it is what it is. The breakfast was ok, i loved that i could have it outside. I would have appreciated some fresh vegetables and some fruit. But all it all it was ok, maybe a tad expensive tho.

A lovely hotel in beautifully renovated building. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and super helpful staff. A excellent and generous breakfast buffet. The location is ideal; right in the heart of Pirna old town within a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend and would stay here again

The accommodations were just as described, clean, comfortable and well tended. My husband & I both appreciated the service provided by every member of the staff. We speak very little German, and found that they went above & beyond to speak English , to understand our questions & point us in the right direction.

There’s really no way to get around the ringing of the bells. If you leave your window open at night you will hear them - it’s only really a problem if you’re a very light sleeper . The windows do block most of the sound, just be for warned that Sunday morning you’ll be in for a charming concert of church bells.

We felt very welcomed and staff were very nice. Very good location, clean, good renovated, cozy and good breakfast.

Wish to have a small fridge in the room or in the hall, we bought some food for our next day and we had to leave them by the window to protect them. Also, more vegetable in the breakfast could make the service better.

Our room was very spacious, clean and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and very reasonable! The staff were very friendly, polite and made my partner and I feel very welcome. The hotel also got in touch with us before our stay to see if we required parking to be organised for us which was a great help! Great location in the centre of pretty Pirna.

We probably could have done with some extra towels and flannels. A fridge in the room would have also been useful.

Beautiful room, clean, comfortable , Beautiful large bathroom, perfect location on the town main square, close to everything and still very quite. The building is old renovated building with charm. We were on Room 20 on the upper floor with perfect view of the church.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful historic building and fabulous location. Tablet in each room with information about the hotel and the area. Very nice touch! It is useful to read this information since it tells you what time breakfast is served, that you can get shampoo at the reception desk and that your room key opens the front door. The room is comfortable and everything is super clean! There is also a book shelf with German books for guests to read. Suggestion: There's a pleasant sitting room with a couch, could a coffee/tea station be added there?

Be prepared for a lengthy check-in process. The room is not big with very firm beds and lumpy pillows. I was surprised that, considering the price, there was no tea kettle (I was dying for a cup of hot tea.) The church and city hall bells ring throughout the night. The first night we made the mistake of keeping the window open, but it's doable with the window closed. However, I cannot imagine how disrupted your sleep must be in the summer with the bells and all the terraces right below your window. I'd suggest requesting a room towards the back of the hotel. On check-out day, the (very friendly!) cleaning staff was hovering around our room, that made me feel rushed.

My favourite hotel along the Elbe river :) Great localisation in the market square. Very decent restaurant on the ground floor, where you can eat supper and drink craft beer with a beautiful view of the old town. Beautiful interiors, with the climate of old times, but at the same time modern and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Very big room for bicycles with the possibility to charge batteries.

Could I want more? No, it was perfect :D

The hotel was nice, cute and cosy.

What I didn’t like is that for 130 per night, there needs to be cleaning every day. I stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned at all, nor did they change the towels. If you change this policy the hotel will be ideal.

A fabulous location in the middle of the very old town. if is not a long walk from the station and there are short walks to the river. There are many places to eat in the area. Staff were amazing.

There is no aircon or fans in the rooms and in very hot weather it is stifling.
