Friendly staff, Good breakfast, Clean room, Good location in between industrial area and city center

Noise. From the street and from other guests. Also from the ventilator, super noisy. And I can hear other ventilators from other rooms, I guess the other guests can hear mein, too. The duvet is way too small. I booked a 180cm bed but the duvet was barely 90cm.

Code display on the entrance door wasn't working, so I was really lucky that the other guest who saw me from inside open the front door for me. It is a major risk for guests who come at the evening or night to stay out due to system malfunctioning. Although another guest who was trying to enter and myself contacted emergency number, that person simply couldn't help

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is just a few meters away from the bus and train station. It's very close to shops where you can pick few things and cook by yourself at the apartment in the hotel. I booked for 1 room and 1 apartment for my kids and we really had a good time staying at Hotel Barbarossa. I use the hotel again when next I am in Düsseldorf or around Ratingen.

Everything was very cute and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was super nice and the place very good located.

We only had one towel for the bathroom and couldn’t get a chance to ask for a second one but I think they were more towels outside available (we saw them at the end)

The room was large, with high ceiling, several windows which could be open for fresh air. The hotel is very clean and the room too. The room equipment was sufficient with a table, an armchair, a hair dryer. The cost is competitive including a good breakfast.

The location is great, it is close to the altstad and messe. Also very quiet. The front desk and the lady who were serving breakfast was the greatest.. I was late for the breakfast but they didn't say no and get me food.

The rooms are unbelievably small, i know it is Germany but it is so small that the shower cabin is right next to the bed in the middle of the room. So that was pretty weird. Also it was cold.

Everything was clean and nice. They left tea and coffee for the travelers, also some traveling things like toothbrush and shampoo, even the women's pads. Also the heater was very helpful.

The room was just tiny. Very small. The bed was also small, but comfortable

The location of the hotel is perfect. You are close to the bus and train station. The room was beautiful, spacious and bright, super nicely furnished, with a big comfortable bed. Also the check-in is easy, they offer self check-in.

Friendly Staff, Great choice at breakfast, 10 minute walk into Ratingen, 5 minute walk to the bus/train station, direct bus to/from Dusseldorf airport. 4.90 euro, 10 minute walk to the business park. all round ideal location.

Price value, clean, enough space in the room, location to Ratingen-Downtown (few minutes walking), location to Düsseldorf Downtown and airport (around 20 min with car), easy check in
