The hotel is perfect for overnight stay. The breakfast is delicious and healthy, but if you are staying there for 5 days and you will be serve the same meal in the box no variety then it will be boring. It was clean and they clean everyday and change the towels but not the bedsheet. The staff is nice, you won't see them but they are very helpful, same as the cleaning staff. the kitchen utensils and good just hoping they have coffee machine and microwave. The location is good near lidl and rewe so you will not starve .

The breakfast box that was being serve over over and over that makes it tiring to eat, it's no longer appetizing, hoping they have variety. The bedsheets were not change No coffee machine and microwave.

After completing the form for online check-in we received the access code as promised. We had the luck to be upgraded. When I crossed the housekeeper on ckeck-out she greeted me with a typical german Gutenmorgen! We talked a little about the room we received. The suite was very clean and well equipped. The hotel used to be an appartment building that has recently been converted. Idealy located to go to Düsseldorf Airport when dropping of friends early in the morning and close to the city center for a restaurant visit the night before! Will be back there when needed.

The room was comfortable and everything was very clean. Check-in was easy and straight forward. When we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm, checking in early was no problem. Irene was extremely kind and helpful! 🙂

My first attempts to contact the hotel with a couple of questions didn't work, email wasn't answered and I couldn't get through by phone either. Breakfast in a box was okay but overpriced.

Very clean and comfortable. Also liked the kitchenette so we could easily make our own tea & coffee. The position in the town was perfect, set in a nice quiet area but with easy and near access to plenty of places to eat and public transport. There is also plenty of parking available. We will definitely use again.

Very spacious room and bathroom. We also enjoyed the gym. Free parking! Location within walking distance of the centre of Ratingen (we recommend Restaurant San Marco and bubble tea from TeAmore). Cities such as Düsseldorf and Wuppertal also not too far away (about 30 min. by car).

There is no reception so you have to check in via a link they send you. I think you are supposed to check in before your arrival, but that was not really clear to me. We checked in as soon as we arrived and were able to enter the building but the code did not work (yet?) for our room. Tried to call the phone number noted in the mails but we could't reach this number (kept getting an automated message saying you can only call with a German phone number or something?) Eventually we dialed a phone number that did work and it was solved very quickly once we spoke with someone on the phone! So a bit stressful in the beginning...

Good value for money. Great room and room faciltiies for the price. Contactless works well. Location is good - close to town centre and all amenities.

Online check in is a bit cumbersome, considering that I have been there before. I park my car in the company parking, but if i would need to park near the properrty, seems like there might not always be enough?

The room was clean, spacious and well decorated and equipped.

Hard to find the parking lot due to the lack of signs and/or lighting (considering there is no reception). No available space one of the 2 days of our stay. The 3rd bed was a sofa one, not so comfortable. No hangers for our coats (only in the closet)

Perfect for a one-night stop, spacey room and nice lounge area with coffee and vending machine downstairs. Also great to have free parking for guests right next to it.

The bathroom is extremely tiny, which was ok for 1 night but could be a bit too tiny for longer stays!

Easy access to the hotel\rooms by code. Modern look. From one side - no dealing with staff - everything covered by emails

From another point of view : 1. There was no one to explain regarding breakfast .It seems the hotel not providing breakfast after all 2. The parking lot was full .

Great value for money, quiet place near city centre, close to business district, comfortable bed, lobby with plenty of drinks and snacks to buy at reasonable prices, great breakfast box.
