Trip to Frankfurt airport with family. 10 min drive away to the airport. Hotel is Clean, Family friendly, has a Good standard breakfast,l has all necessary ameneties like a Restuarent, Bar, 24 hr Snack bar, avg sized Swimming pool and a wellness area which we did use even though we didnt plan to initially. Hotel was fully booked. the Staff were really helpful and friendly.They have airport shuttle too.

Parking area was limited and congested. Our room didnt had warm water on our night of arrival, so we couldnt take a bath after swimming. It got fixed d next day however.

We really liked this hotel. It has large parking space, we got fabulous breakfast and we enjoyed in swimming pool (very warm water!) as well as in comfordable beds.

The management should really pay more attention about cleaning. The curtains in our room were dirty with some holes in it and it was impossible not to be seen. I really wonder if cleaning service simply turns the blind eye or they are not allowed to replace them. Also, we were probably the first guests on that day who used swimming pool and we could find there empty bottles from previous guests as well as some used swimming suite. Obviously nobody checked the pool before the new day started.

Typical NH hotel - good layout, comfy rooms and beds, great breakfast buffet, very helpful daytime receptionist (e.g., helped me mailing a letter). They also have a 24x7 self-service corner for snacks and drinks in the lobby. Had a good stay (despite of the parking situation, see below).

In their car park, the hotel obviously rents out parking spaces to vacationists without leaving enough parking for their overnight guests. As a consequence, people arriving by car have a hard time finding parking; this happened to me and at least another couple arriving by car around 10pm. The solution suggested by the hotel was to park at the neighboring Holiday Inn (they also have a fee). This worked but was somewhat inconvenient.

The shuttle to and from the airport, the restaurant was delicious, it was neat clean, organized, well laid out, plenty of lighting and well signed, didn't smell musty, staff was pleasent and informative. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Only issues were at the restaurant you can only pay in Euros or your room card (we scrounged up enough Euros because we'd already paid the room fee). And I had to run back to the reception desk because they didn't tell us where to paid for the shuttle to the airport.

Easy check in. Clean and comfortable.

Awful room numbering system Difficult to find the gym. The signs lead all over the place. Never actually found it! Paying for parking??? Not good enough. I do not expect to pay for parking at an external car park outside the hotel.

The help from the female staff was more of a gentle connection. The gentlemen performed well but were not as outreaching in a friendlier way. Jaqueline was marvelous and very professional but still was very welcoming, warm and kind.

Could not locate pool easily.

Perfect for 1 or 2 days visit or as a stopover. The location is good from both highway and flight perspectives. I use it as a halt on the way to Austria and did like the fact that it is closer to the highway. Breakfast is good for for 1 or 2 days because it is the same everytime.

I have requested a double bed but got 2 single beds. It would be great to add some variety to breakfast. Rest everything is good.

Great location, comfortable beds, bathtub and fridge in room all things needed are required. Pool and sauna available in stay, restaurant on site, great price.

Wifi didn’t connect. Unclear processes re: dinner and breakfast availability’s, sauna/pool use from front desk.. this could be improved by more thorough information provided on check in. Otherwise great stay 👌🏻

Beds are comfy. Breakfast had good selection.

Breakfast time should be managed better, over 100 people for breakfast at the same time on May 17, 2023 @7:45am. Breakfast items weren't replenished in time due to high number of guests arriving at same time for breakfast.

Breakfast was good; plenty of choices; good coffee. I liked that there was a possibility to make coffee or tea in room. Room was clean and nice; comfortable pillow, warm blanket. I really liked that there was a shuttle to and from airport (this was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel).

Bathroom was a bit cold.
