Hotel is lovely, beautiful view over Marina, very big swimming pool, two saunas, great food choice for breakfast, very friendly staff.

First day we've arrived a bit late to breakfast (around 15mins before it finished) so obviously the staff started cleaning at some stage and it's totally fine. What I found strange was that no one asked us if we want anything else from the buffet before they clean it up. Also, literally 5mins later, they've started hoovering which I find very rude if there are still ppl eating - I understand cleaning etc. but srsly, you can wait with hoovering until everyone's finished (or at least give them extra 15mins). I know it's not huge and I still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone as it's great! It's just this small thing to be a bit more considerate about in the future as those small bits make a difference between great and excellent ;)

Overall nice and clean, choice of restaurants for dinner. Good range of choice in the breakfast buffet. Nice, spacious pool and spa area. Live music in the restaurant on Saturday night. Good views of the cute "harbour village" houses out the front and of the surrounding forest on the other sides.

The overbearing air-freshener in the lobby hit me like a wave every time I walked through there. Strong to the point of being unpleasant. Fortunately the rest of the hotel wasn't perfumed anywhere near as heavily. Would have been nice to have some options for late evening snacks such as a cheese platter or even a vending machine. If walking from your car or to and from the nearby town of Rheinsberg there's no dedicated footpath so you're forced to walk along the pavement of the very long parking lot.

Large older hotel in a remote destination, on a lake. The surrounding area is great, as is the view from our room. Great breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated. Our room had two levels, and on the upper level you feel lack of ventilation as it's under the roof, and there's no air conditioning. As the hotel location is quite remote, having a car charging facility would be a good addition.

Is well located and it is a nice resort by the lake. Staff is nice although many have very limited English skills. Very good for swimming in lake and boat related activities

It feels a little bit mass market in breakfast and general feeling. Is big and here and there getting on age. But it is ok and this are just details

Breakfast was good. Needed faster refill process during peak times

Check in process was interesting. The clerk was greatly confused when my spouse and I had different last names even though I had provided our US passports. Just odd experience

The location on the water with the options to rent boats, canoes , and SUPs. The hotel staff weee very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also dog friendly.

The restaurant closed too early and we were not informed so we were not able to order any more food. From then on we decided to only eat in the town.

The staff were very friendly and even the Resort director showed us some around himself. Breakfast was very good. The location was fantastic and the lakeview from the room with the lighthouse was gorgeous.

The carpet in the room was stained or discoloured in some spots. There were not very many electric plugs or USB plugs allowing for me to charge my phone and have all the lights on. Some of the walls were a bit dirty or stained and could use a fresh coat of paint.

Breakfast was really good and nice to have two restaurants to choose from in the evening. The view from the room was breathtaking:-) Nice place to bring the dog.

I missed better information of what possibilities there where for activities in the area and at the hotel. Especially in English.

Great location by a beautiful lake. Lovely pool and sauna. Amazing service, everyone very friendly. And good food. If you're looking for a quiet space to rest, go there!

a beautiful and peaceful location

the food from the a lá Caeté restaurant was horrible and expensive. I ordered a water to the room and the bottle costs 7 euros. A shame to charge such price. It makes people pull away from engaging with the hotel, the facilities and their services
